I requested for a refund, after my product has been picked up on 30th November 2021, i waited till 11th then i called customer care for help they asked me to wait till 23rd December .ok i waited but there was no reflection of the refund in my account. Its now new year still i got nthng! Worst customer service ever! And worst app as well! Bloody cheater @myntra shame on you guys !!

    I bought a Fabindia kurta but the color and fit were not proper, so I filed a return for the same the very next moment. However, my return request was rejected. I had only tried the kurta once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provide any other details. They just mention that the tags were not there. I refuse to believe that because I had put it back in the packet and it was as it is. Had the tag not been present, how would the delivery person complete the return. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "sorry" and "tags not present". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is with all relevant tags attached.

    Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

    --- Details ---

    Ordered a women's mustard yellow kurta from Fabindia from Myntra (order#[protected]-0100101) delivered on January 4, and placed a return request on January 5, 2022.

    The item was picked up the same day on 5th January, and later I was informed that the return was rejected. Upon inquiring with the customer care team, I didn’t get any reason or worthwhile response and the team only repeatedly said that they are sorry and the return was rejected because of the absence of a tag. There were no details and I refuse to accept that the tags were missing as I had placed the product as it is back in the packet and returned. The product was then marked as re-shipped because of quality issues.

    Later when I requested a callback, the agent kept me on hold to check "details" and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out via mail but couldn’t find the valid mail ID as well.

    I don't think anybody has any details about the quality checks, and they are simply avoiding it.

    Please help.

      I had purchased a kook n keech branded slipper which it has damaged..it has warranty 1 month..its in Warranty time..u replace or repair it..

        I ordered 6 jewellery sets through Myntra mobile app vide order I’d # 1192062 [protected].
        Out of these 6 ordered sets, I kept 3 with me and for rest of the 3 sets I raised a return request as 2 of them were defective and one was to heavy for me to wear, on the same day they were delivered to me i.e. for 2 products on 24.12.2022 and for item on 28.12.2022.
        Despite of regular complaints and follow ups no one is picking up the item and I am getting the messages that pick up failed while no one contacted me neither anyone came to pick up the items.
        As per the policy of Myntra return can be requested within the 7 days of delivery date of the item. Myntra is breaching their policy and cheating me. Every delivery was prepaid and I paid while ordering the jewellery sets.
        Today I got a message that one of my return request has been cancelled giving no reason and that too when the item delivered to me was defective.
        I have sone many complaints but there is no response from Myntra. Even I have mailed them and still there is no response.
        Kindly help me to get my money back from these cheaters.

          I ordered jeans from kotty... Its damaged already... But myntra is not helping me to return the product claiming its doesn't pass quality check... And yes it doesnt pass quality check from my side only... Not urs.

          This is so disappointing...never thought myntra would do this...

            Help me to get my money back .Myntra shopping experience is worst and horrible😡 i ordered a 6300 jack & jones jacket and they sent me cheap sweatshirt, which I have not ordered 😠 They are decling my return.There CUSTOMER care has no experience.NO UPDATE FROM 3 DAYS. I will never ever recommend this ### myntra to anyone .FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. #myntrafraud . In this lockdown situation my money is stuck 😫😭😭 Now they just dont answer my call😭 if they answer, they put my CALL ON hold and then they cut (hang up ) my call.

                Hi Team,

                I have ordered multiple items in Myntra on 18th Dec. 2021 and I found one order made duplicate. So i have cancelled this order on the same day. I got message from Myntra stating refund has been initiated in my ICICI Credit Card and it will be reflect by 28th Dec. 2021.

                But till date i have not recd. any credit in my account and also Customer Team is closing down my complaint without providing any resolution.

                  Myntra has declined my refund request for my order for my products worth 2392. I ordered 9 sets of products for my business for which I paid on COD which was paid by my grandfather in my absence. Only 1 set was received in the package and 8 sets were missing. When we placed a refund request the executive came and declined my pickup request and picked up only 1 set for which the refund was provided. Also, he mentioned the reason to Myntra that items were missing. After that when I tried placing another request then too it was declined and they rejected my refund request. Please do help us out with this issue.

                    I had ordered a da milano wallet from myntra with order id- IN[protected] delivered on[protected].but a wrong product was delivered .
                    On complaining for return they are not accepting the return.
                    I don't know whose fault it is, Da milano or myntra but i am suffering .
                    I have been calling customer care people daily for the past 6 days.
                    Now that the return period of 7 days is getting over, then you would say time for return is over, are myntra people doing this purposely.

                    This seems to be cheating on your customers . I am uploading the pictures of the product delivered.
                    kindly revert back.

                      I purchase boult audio xpods in myntra for an offer price of 899/- on 23/12/2021 Using my Credit Card. I recieved the package on 31/12/2021 at 12:56pm at my office HDFC Bank Ltd. (You can check the OTP time for recieving the package in attachment).No call or message of shipment has been received from your side till that moment. I just opened the package and seen an empty packet of noise airbuds and crushed Tax invoice copy of some other person . The tax invoice shows the place of supply is karnataka. while checking my invoice through myntra the packing ID, Invoice number and Order number is entirely wrong. I just walked to delivery boy and said about the issue and he asked me to raise a complaint on myntra site. The same day 1:02pm i raised my complaint on missing item in package (you can check the call log detail in attachment)
                      Within 5 minutes i raised my complaint and the solution came from your side on 04/01/2022 5:48 pm that there is no issue from your side and the package send after quality check.. Then where is my item?. How noise airbuds empty packet and some other person invoice came instead of boult audio xpods came in that packet.. is that your quality check??.. I checked online and seen many complaints regarding the same issue against myntra.. i never faced this kind of issue from any other shopping site. The package is send by dealer named Shreyas retail Private limited and not myntra itself. I am attaching photos of packet and invoice with this mail and also screenshot of OTP recived and Call details of complaint raised for your reference. Do the needful as soon as possible and return my money or give my item properly. Or else i will move through legally .

                        the product which was delivered was broken so I had request for return and refund. the first time the courier guy called me I was out and could not attain his call, I tried to call him back but was not successful. after that day I just received message saying pickup failed and couple days later they canceled my return. I mailed myntra and there was no response. I called costumer service no response. myntra said they reply within 3 days but no one ever replied. I again requested for pickup and called the help service for the pickup. even this time I got call from the courier guy and he asked for pin and no one came to pickup for return. on the 2nd myntra canceled my return and have blocked my exchange and return
                        also they did not reply to my concern and closed the ticket saying resolved. I tried calling and mailing myntra but could not reached them. I have no clue to what to do further. it is like I paid for damage goods. worst customer service ever. I had actually had a big order from myntra and this how a customer is treated. I want to return the item and get refund

                          Same issue happened for me too.. i purchase boult audio for the offer price of 899 on 23/12/2021.. i recieved courier on 31/12/2021. i just opened the box and i seen an crushed box of noise air buds and a an invoice copy of other customer. i shown it with delevery boy and he said they have nothing to do raise a complaint with myntra. At the moment i raised complaint and today 04/01/2022 i recieved their message that .. From their side no issue and the product was packed after quality check. and footage shows its packed. i dont know what they are doing while quality checking. i recieved an empty pack of other product and some other customers invoice. they rejecting my complaint. This product has no COD and return policy available.. I am cheated by myntra online shopping app.. Never trust these app. they are asking for unboxing video for refunding.. Is all customer are taking unboxing video for uploading on youtube.. i asked for package video and they were never send that to me.

                            I have ordered some products from long time. I didn't receive them on time. I ordered the product during the time when there was offer. And now the delivery of products has been cancelled without any consent. I am very disappointed with such action. Looking forward to provide me same products at same price on which i have ordered.

                              We have placed an order for a headphone on 26th of Dec 2021 still we r not receiving yet it has reached to courier point in Aizawl, Mizoram but they are refused to deliver we've got 3 times message from Myntra they are going to deliver on that day..but the delivery people will just give a single miss call and hang up before we pick up the call..then once we call back they never received a call.. this is very disappointed .. we love Myntra the product and everything but the delivery agent are 👎 .. please take action about this

                                My Order ID # 1192543 [protected] . I had ordered 2 earrings. The first one which was a black and yellow earring came on 31st Dec 2021. When I opened the box, the earrings were missing. The cover was not tampered and not taped. Still the product was missing. I informed your customer care via chat service. Today I got a call from someone shruti [protected] from Myntra. She said that u have investigated and found there is no mistake and the earrings were delivered. What nonsense are you talking. Do you thing that a customer who is shopping from you since several years will falsely complaint for 300rs. I am not at all happy. Want my money back or the earrings. Pls call me on [protected]

                                  This is with reference to the refund of Roadster jeans and Ether Jeans from the order ID#1189394 [protected] dated 24th November, 2021, the amount of both these products is same ₹799 and ₹799 respectively.
                                  Till today, I have received the refund amount of ₹799 for only one of these products i.e. Ether jeans as clarified by the myntra team (which got reflected in my account on 29th November, 2021) but not for Roadster jeans and have been following up with the myntra team regarding the same since 3rd December, 2021 regularly.

                                  So, I requested for the bank reference number of Roadster jeans from them but on checking with the bank (Axis Bank) and Myntra support team it came into notice, that the bank reference number i.e. 74056631331133016609504, provided by the myntra team for roadster jeans (the refund of which is still pending)is same as that of ether jeans (the refund for which has been credited in my account).And there is no unique bank reference number assigned to Roadster Jeans.

                                  From this, it can be concluded that some mistake has been made at Myntra’s end for generating and processing the refund of Roadster jeans, and it can be clearly stated that no refund has been initiated for Roadster Jeans from their side.
                                  I constantly persuaded the issue with their team and every time they give a new date by which the issue will get resolved but till today i.e. 4.01.2022, my issue stands unresolved.

                                  Every time explaining the same problem to a different person from their support has brought me harassment and humiliation as they say every-time that the refund for both the products has been issued and their is no problem at their end but as the bank confirmed that only one of the refund amount of 799 has been processed by their team. I have been constantly calling and taking a follow up since 3.12.2020 but they have been fooling me since a month by saying that they will resolve the issue but haven’t done it till date and postpone date every time.

                                  Hoping that my complaint would be heard the consumer forum and I will get my refund of Rs.799 for Roadster jeans from Myntra.

                                    Sir, I had ordered a ladies jacket from myntra which was red in colour. But myntra sent a pink color to me. So then I exchanged it and ordered a ladies night suit. But when the delivery boy came, he told me that the ladies jacket you are exchanging has a color change. I told him that I am exchanging it only because I had ordered its color red. But I have been given pink. Then he checked the bar code of that jacket. Which was absolutely right. Then he told me everything is fine from your side. And now I will go to my center and send the information of your product. A message will come to you. Then you call myntra. Then your product will be exchanged. I did the same. But when I called him, he said that we had sent the product after checking with us. Now your product will neither be exchanged nor returned. My product is kept the same as they sent. I have mailed them many times but no reply is given. If he had spoiled the red color, then how did pink come to me? This means that I have set up a jacket making factory at home, which I changed the color of the jacket. I said when your delivery boy gave me the product, did he open it in front of him and show that ...we are giving you this color product in the envelope. In this way, they will send any junk and say that we had sold the right product. I am asking him for clarification. But they are not giving any answer. Related documents attached with complaint.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      It is highly painful to express my problem here, I was constantly contacting myntra customer care cell but all are remain waste. My Complain is, i ordered Luise Phillips Men's Suit on 18 Dec 2021 While, sale on myntra from 17-23 Dec 2021.

                                      On Dec 28 2021 I have received my product exactly 9:45 AM from DELHIVERY Corrier Services in yellow brown colour paper packet in dilapidated condition at same time, while removing the one side gum stick (plastic tap) for unboxing the product. i had seen that empty suit cover was inserted with packet instead of Louise Phillips Men Suit.
                                      Quickly, I went to told delivery boy but he went away immediately. I raised a complain through customer care on 29 Dec 2021 customer care advised me to wait for two days till 31 Dec 2021.

                                      On 31 Dec 2021 the customer care person told me that the right product has been delivered to you from our side. Whereas packet containing the empty suit cover was delivered me instead of Louise Phillips Men's Suit which I ordered.

                                      I was continuously contacting the myntra customer Care cell but no solution.
                                      Therefore this is last warning from my side to myntra team.
                                      Still I am saying that I got empty suit cover instead of Louise Phillips Men's Suit (Rs. 10500)
                                      Please Treated this matter is most urgent otherwise I will take legal action. This is a matter of 10500/-

                                        Unable to return a product because of 2 day return policy. Product was supposed to be delivered on 31st dec and other on 1st jan. I made return on 2 nd jan as I was out of town for a week. Product got delivered around 27 dec and they are now not accepting return as it got delivered 4 days early so return closed
