Myntra.com — Selling Fake Product by printing brand name and there quality department has no face to show

MYNTRA SELLING FAKE PRODUCT

I raised the transaction on 24th Apr (for Nautica Women Beige Solid Leather Penny Loafer Shoes - NAUTCASH[protected], Received on 25th Apr and on the same day raised request for return because it was a used product and doesn't look like Nautica. Next day pick up boy refused to take the product stating it is a used product. While cleaning the dirt send by Myntra in the product so that return can easily, I found underneath Nautica Brand name, Hush Puppies brand name has been cleaned but still clearly visible clearly. Immediately I raised a request for a mail from the quality department of Myntra and Nautica India on the product quality received. They refused to send mail but then were after me for product pickup. They raised pick up request several time from there side when I was asking for a mail for this Fake Product. Then I wrote to CEO of Myntra Ms Nandita through LinkedIn App and very next day I got a call from Ms Sushmita full of apologies and ready to return the other two products as well which are of substandard quality under brand name. She was also asking for product return but not ready to send mail from the quality department of Myntra or Nautica. I mentioned that one of the customer care person said maybe it was Hush Puppies shoe then she said sorry for it several times. Myntra is clearly making fake products and selling it under the printed logo of foreign brand name. They are doing scam that is the reason why there quality department is not able to face it. Now my return window is closed so my money is also stuck with them. I told them clearly don't waste my time and wait for return window to close, just send mail from your quality head and Nautica quality head side and take back the product because I will not wear fake product. Return with a promise that this will not be sold ever to any other customer.
