The Shoes from outside looked similar to original. Therefore I thought its an Original pair of shoes. However, the first time I wore it it pained my leg since I have rod in my leg. As soon as I checked the sole of the shows, i found it was a fake product..
The issues are :
1. Myntra is allowing its sellers to sell fake product ( Here, seller name is Omnitech retail)
2. Its selling 1st /2nd copy of shoes especially with PUMA on a price of original product by labelling it Original in Sale.
3. It is hiding from the customer about the correct product details. Thereby, cheating the customer.
4. It's against the Competiton rules, as per competiton commision of India. Thereby, looting Indian citizenry.
5. It's against the benefits of Consumers. In my case, I am already having rod in my leg ie medical condition. So myntra is Playing with the health of it's own cutomers.
6. Against the #Fit India movement started by our Honorable PM. Since, they are acting against it, in a way. By discouraging it's citizens by means of selling fake products.They are using boxes of original products and keeping a similar fake product. Thereby, being dishonest with the citizens.
7.This happens with me today. I don't know how many innocent customers and beginner sports / fitness enthusiast are being fooled.
Please take a strict action against it. Since, I have already complained to myntra and no positive response is delievered and the issue is being closed without proper two way communication.
I am looking for Full compensation with a penality on Myntra and the respective seller. Also, an assurance that in future it won't let the Customers being fooled, looted.
