I father of vaibhavi singhal who placed the order officially, want to tell you that we have ordered killer men black solid comfort shoes on your site against which we received wrong (local brand shoes) product, complain for the same was raised by us on your platform, against that we received reply from your side that we have send wright product from our side copy of that is enclosed
sir i want to ask you that is it our fault that wrong product is delivered to us, are we responsible for your delivery chain or we have to check the courier company so that he delivers us right product.
is the reply given on your side is right, tell me that there is no responsibility on your side that right product should be delivered to the customer
as per me your team wants to skip rom the responsibility by replying as they replied
i think that you will take the above matter and take some appropriate action so that customer can confidently rase order on your site without any fear that wrong product will be delivered and they will feel safe to order on your site

      I have a Myntra account which I use regularly. One day, I tried logging in to my account and found an error that "the account has been de-activated for security reasons" which was active a few days back as I had made an online purchase. I contacted customer care who registered a complaint. I again contacted the customer care asking them to specify the exact reason. But they did not specify and instead told me that I will get a call back from their senior executive. The call never came. I again contacted customer care a few days later. That time the customer care executive told that the account has been deactivated for security reasons and again not giving the specifics.

      There are products from my order which are a misfit and need to be returned but I can't since Myntra has blocked my account!!

      They have looted my money!!

        Hi,

        I have orders Adidas Women Woven Design Ultra Boost 22 Running Shoes with
        Size: 5 of price Rs. 18999/- order no:[protected]-0197103. It was delivered to me on 10th May. Since the fit is not correct for me, I have raised a return request on the same day. It was successfully picked up by delivery agent with all brand tags as intact on 11th May. Delivery agent wouldn’t pick up the product at first place if tags are missing.

        But Myntra has put my return request on hold stating that tags are missing which is a false reason. When reached out to customer care they’ve confirmed that it is a false reason and they would resolve my issue before 13th May but I don’t have any response from them yet.

        Please help me get this issue resolved asap. This has been a issue with Myntra many times.

            I've been a long time customer on myntra and had always ordered several items to my pincode but suddenly it has stopped delivering to the pincode 791120 . I'm facing to much problem with this issue. Myntra is not delivering a single order to this pincode.

              I ordered puma shoes on 10th of may 2023 and i recieved them on 12th may, i opened that and tried shoes, its not fit to me, shoes are bigger in size so raise return request within 10-15min. Then, after a hours they pick-up shoes, they in evening i received a massage that your order is on hold, i talk to customer support, "they said your issue is resolved in 2 days, but after some time i recieved another massage that my return request is cancelled. And they are mentioning the reason that the product is issued, how can i use the product which even not fit to me??? Now they will reship my order, what can do now ? This is so disappointing Myntra.

                Hello

                I ordered Dressberry white sneakers on Myntra on 9th April. But they sent me Invictus brown mens shoes . I have raised 10-12 complaints with Myntra customer care to help me by either pickup/ replacement/. refund of the product but they have not at all helped me here.

                I call them every 2-3 days since one month.
                Initially they mentioned that the pickup approval has been done from Myntra side but when deliver boy came at my doorstep for pickup he used to say that he hasn't received any approval from the vendor side. This happened for 10-15 days . Every time I had to call Myntra and wait on hold for long hours then the pickup request used to get scheduled but was never successful.

                Further I escalated this issue with every customer care representative but they again said we have approval but again delivery boy said he hasn't got approval.

                Since last 2 days this issue went to case manager and they had done a re-investigation in which they had some quality check from the vendor and some footage of what product was sent to me, they themselves concluded that the claim could not be approved and the product that was sent was correct.

                But this is wrong. I am still suffering with wrong product. The vendor has mislead Myntra. I have received wrong product at my end. And I want refund at the earliest or be replaced by correct product.

                Now Myntra says that they cannot help me any further as claim is declined by case manager. They say that there is no further process.

                My desirable resolution is to get refund of the product.

                I have attached images of:

                1) wrong product which I have received.
                2). Invoice generated on Myntra app when I placed order on 9th April.

                I still don't see any update from your side. Its been a week since this compliant has been registered. No action. Kindly expedite.

                Also Myntra has scheduled the pickup twice in the last week, but when the delivery boy has to do the pickup, he cancels simply by mentioning "Wrong product." The delivery boys boy doesn't even call me for pickup, I have to call him each time. The delivery boy mentions each time that the vendor side approval is not yet received hence pickup doesnot happen. This has happened in the last week and in this week.

                Also this issue is just going in circles without any end. Its wasting my time and money.

                Please help on urgent basis to resolve this. I need my money back. Myntra cannot just steal my money in the name of wrongful process and fraud vendors.

                  Ordered a tshirt from myntra, recieved a wrong product, returned it and haven't received a refund even after a month. Tried contacting the customer executive but have been denied. Trued through email and was given a reference number. The bank replied no such amount have been initiated so the reference number appears to be fake. On top of it the customer care executives are so irresponsible they don't even mind to listen to the grievances

                    I would like to raise a complaint about this executive Syed Nayaz who is rude n unprofessional and he doesn’t bother about the instructions given to him by the customer!

                    I had clearly told him to call me n not ring the doorbell as my infant had just slept n wasn’t well.. the executive said he won’t ring the bell but then not only he rang the bell but then quickly disappeared after leaving the parcel at my door n the did not pick up the call after trying to reach him multiple times..

                    And the same thing had happened few weeks back as well when my husband had told him to call n not ring the bell.. but then also he rang the bell n quickly left after leaving the parcel.. that was the first time so we ignored but then this fellow purposely do this n later won’t pick up the call!!!

                    And I tried chatting with Myntra customer care but then without resolving the matter they ended the chat ! Wow!!

                    Later I tried calling Myntra customer care n the lady over the phone was so casual that she forgot the name of the executive I said n then did not get a call back from any superior as told by her..

                    I an highly disappointed n so upset that nobody really cares about resolving the issue that too when I am a privileged customer of Myntra !

                      I had placed an order of 10+ items on Myntra on 22.04.2023. Order ID of the same is: 123402499768418696501. One of the items of the order was 'Vero Moda women Green joggers trouser' amounting to Rs. 1679.00.
                      Since the length and fitting of the product was not proper, I had placed a return order of the product on 04.05.2023(Friday) . The agent came to pick the product up on very next day I. E. 05.05.2023 (Saturday) . Since I was having the product with me and I was outside, we couldn't return the product on that day and asked agent to come on Sunday i. e. 06.05.2023. But the agent didn't show up for pickup of that product. Then after, we returned 2 more items of the same order and they were pocked up. However, the Vero Moda trouser wasn't picked up.
                      Now, on 09.05.2023 (Tuesday) we received a message for Vero Moda trouser, "the product didn't pass the quality chcek and hence return was put on hold. Please contact our customer care for further help". Since then we have been trying to reach Myntra through chat/call help section. The chat option doesn't allow conveying messages other than their prefixed options. Hence, I am not able to use the chat help option. While, on using the call help option, the call isn't being picked and ultimately we are not able to contact them.
                      It's been more than 2 days now. Since we are unable to reach Myntra through their platform, we are raising complaint here.
                      This is an attempt to trouble/harass a customer because Myntra hasn't tried to get the product collected, then how come the question of quality of a product can arise? Further, I undertake that the label of the product is intake and the product isn't used at all. It was opened for barely 10 minutes to try it.
                      Please raise the matter with Myntra and help us with returning our product and get the refund. Also, a humble request to take steps/issue suitable guidelines on these e-commerce sites so that customers can reach them smoothly.
                      Hoping for a positive outcome..

                        Being a regular customer to Myntra, it is astonishing that after placing so many orders to high value, a local product from Urbano didnt had any option of exchange or return from home.

                        The product was delivered easily at first place however during exchange/return requirement Myntra didnt supported in home collection and pushed customer to struggle with shipment on its own. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient and shows double standards of Myntra towards customers. This only discourages us to shop online. The return is still pending to be picked. The review I published was also not approved and thus not listed by Myntra team.

                            Myntra delievery agent picked my return order on 30 April 2023 and on the same day I received sms and email as my return order is rejected after pickup.
                            Then I have created complaint over Myntra site.
                            Now today it’s almost completed 11 days still there is no resolution on my issue. Its really frustrating now, on daily basis I am contacting myntra customer care number and I am getting the same answer/script from every agent as it will get resolve within 24 hrs. Really I feel its very bad experience which I am facing very first time with some shopping site. Need to improve customer care service of Myntra site.
                            Really it’s my last shopping from Myntra site and I will never ever use this app in future bacause of this bad experience.

                              Today I got my order delivered but instead of Rs 893 the delivery person took Rs 993 from my family. I'm usually in the office on weekdays and trust that Myntra will not charge extra, but was highly disappointed. When I called customer care, they said Rs 100 was for COVID donation. I didn't want to donate to some fraud company. Why at the time of payment my cart didn't show any donation amount?

                                I received damage product and trying to return it but 10days over till now no one is responding. they are taking 48hr to reply one message and when I give review they don't approved i.e., I just want to return that product, but I am unable to do that Kindley please help to do that because I am totally stuck, I need to relocate but due to this issue i am unable to do that also. I called more than 20 30times to customer care but they also don't help correctly. they are saying this is backend work and we are not aware about that so I don't know who will solve this issue Kindley please help me there is hope from consumer complain thank you.

                                  I ordered a kurta set from Myntra but received only Kurta in package. When I called to Myntra customer care they initiate the return and approved it. But delivery partner is denying to pick the product as he is asking for full set of product. When I have received Partial product how can I return full set?. Please help me to get my refund.

                                    I AM FACING THE SAME ISSUE

                                    I had initiated an exchange request for V-MART COTTON CASUAL SHIRT on the same day I received the product(6th JUNE) because of a size issue. Finally i got to exchange my product today (after waiting for almost 11 days) but delivery agent is saying the product is not matching with the details But i had received this product from myntra

                                        Sangria Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta with Trousers did not receive even though it shows delivered on 26th April 2023. I stay abroad and was only able to check the package post reaching India. I tried to raise the complaint with customer care as the time was post 72 hours they refused to register a complaint or try to help me in any possible way. The worst customer experience ever.
