I had ordered Skechers shoes but there was a slight colour difference so i decided to return. The delivery person was not ready to come to my floor n collect the item. He asked me to put it down as i denied to do so he came up n rudely said he wont take it. I asked him to call his manager and he immediately approved the item n asked the delivery person to take it back. Even the delivery person checked there was no damage n now Myntra is saying they wont refund the amount as there is quality problem with the product n have not even returned the product. The delivery person was a cheat n very ill mannered.
