I ordered a white MANGO top and I received it on 3rd August, 2021 at 8:56 A.M. The top seemed like it had been badly used and washed. There was a slight yellow stain on its shoulder and had a strong fragrance of ladies perfume. At 9:07 A.M on the same day, i.e., just after 11 minutes I placed the return request and approximately at 1:00 P.M the delievery boy picked up the product. I raised request to return a product, product is as it is, even price tag and all labels are as it is.

Delivery boy is not accepting the product saying its not matching the color, and this was the reason i wanted to exchange and also size issue. I complaint myntra support for same. They told me they will take feedback.

And next day same boy was on my door again and he even not mentioned me about exchange of this...

I had ordered this pair of shoes on 24th July. I received them in a "myntra" box rather than a "nike" box. It just had a barcode of the product and no price tag. Now, these shoes don't fit, and they aren't accepting exchange/return because there is no price tag despite the fact that the product I received had no price tag originally.
