I ordered a sports bra, but I received a completely different bra, different in color, model, it doesn't just have a different color, it's just a different product, that is, it's a completely different product! I didn’t even try it on, because it’s not what I ordered at all. So, 5 minutes after receiving, I issued a refund on the site. The next day, the courier picked up the goods, but the return has not yet arrived, moreover, yesterday the request was rejected because the goods did not pass the quality check. Nobody specifies what this means. It seems to me that they are trying to trick me into buying a product that I have not ordered! I am attaching a photo of the product that I ordered and the one that I received. Compare, you can immediately understand that these are completely different sconces! Now the company has sent it back to me, but why do I need something that I have not ordered? Please help with this. Thanks!
