Myntra.com — suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode | |||
Today while placing order on myntra, i was shocked to see that they are not delivering to my pincode 700010, where all my orders have been delivered since last 2-3 years. Even last october, i got my products delivered here. I tried putting my work pincode which is 721645, and even one of my relative's pincode oh howrah, but still facing the same issue. I called up myntra customer care and they clearly told me that they dont ship to these pincodes. I tried asking them if they stopped delivering here recently but they didnt want to admit any such thing and repeatedly said that they dont deliver to this pincode. I tried putting some other pincodes of west bengal, but none of them is working. While pincodes of my relatives who reside in delhi and bangalore are working just fine. Why did myntra stop delivering here out of blue? Is it only here or the whole of bengal? Was this information helpful? | |||

My poncode is 464986, some brands of myntra which i used to purchase were easily delivered at this pin code till 30th august, but suddenly brands like fashor, nayo, indo era, vbyuz, prakrti mentions that they are not deliverable to this pin code, on the other hand i am receiving other brands from myntra on same address, please resume and resolve the issue

Yes they stopped exchanging products also to certain pincodes in Bhubaneswar despite shopping from them since 2017 from same id. They said some change in policies have been there due to excess returns by customers. The new policy is seller favouring doesnot matter if the seller delivers wrong size also, exchange is not possible to those pincodes including mine as well. So return is the only option but again excess return leads to a convenience fees charge of 99/- or 149/- or worst account closed by them

I am also facing the same issue for Navi Mumbai Pin code suddenly - 400709. I have just ordered 2 weeks back and now I could see this error where products are not getting delivered to my pin code. Myntra please resume delivering to 400709

They have stopped deliveries to pin code 190009 too. I been ordering from this pin code for past few years. I recently ordered with them just last month. I have no idea why they stopped.
