I placed an order from the myntra app and paid using upi (Google pay) but i cancelled the order right away due to size issues. But i haven't received the refund yet. I called the helpline also but they say they have initiated the refund but it has not been reflected in my account. Please help me for getting my refund amount back. My order no. Is[protected]-9818303.

Last month sep 29 i was placed an order at myntra and my order number:[protected]-3104101 but till now my goods was not delivered cost rs.1363.00 but today evening i got an email after 21 days saying that your order was cancelled... Please replace your order but today cost of these goods rs. 2100 and i was payment made via paypal wallet and i lost my paypal first user coupon worth 400. First ofall customer satisfaction is the main moto of every business this is not fair myntra... Beause of your negligence i lost my happiness.. I order my goods due to an occasion of my sisters marriage.. But myntra felt dissatisfied. I want my goods back but they give my refund 0f rs 1363.

I received the product with the wrong size and not as i expected, however i have collected insider points on myntra by mistake, and informed the customer care immediately to help me out as i wanted the return of the product. However they clearly refused to help me out and refused to make any return or refund.
The behavior was totally wrong as i informed them in a minute about how i accidentally chose the points collection option. I even told them to just exchange the product and i can buy something else with the amount as the product delivered to me was of bad quality. But there was no assistance received from the customer care people. Order was delivered to me on 27th nov 1pm and on the same day at 11 pm i tried to place the return which i was unable to do so.

I bought shoes from myntra which was a prepaid package hence it was dropped at my place without my presence.
The packet did not have shoe box and shoes were in packet in poly bag. When i returned it because it did not fit me myntra did not take it back saying that this does not have shoe box.
I can prove also that no shoe box was there but myntra help did not want to listen. The packet cannot hold shoe box, i have picture also but no one is listening.

What do i do now? Can people be cheated so easily?
I placed return on those shoe after 1 day. Where will i throw box in just one day?

I placed an order on August 12, 2019 on myntra of INR.2698.5, amount deducted from my OBC account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank OBC confirms that amount has been transferred to their account but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. what is going on.. how can myntra cheat like this. they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. i want my money back.

Which has been put on hold for refund. The product was put on hold as it was returned without any damage from my side.
This is not the kind of customer service i expect as i have returned the item the very next day. This has caused me a lot of mental agony as i can assure you that i am not at fault.

Myntra site is one of worst site i have ever seen.. And i am not gonna let them run away with my money.. Cheater no1.. I had returned two footwear one had size issue only but product was new and in good condition but they put them on hold due to quality check.. From where quality check reason came i dont know.. They are such a looter.. And the second one i returned because i got bit worn out product but fault wasn't mine then why i am suffering.. I will definitely go to the court and complain this looter site.

Bought 2 dresses. Returned both dresses the next day 31st oct. For one whole month, they've just sent me on a wild goose chase. Haven't gotten my money. For 754 rupees. They have been playing with my time. No shame whatsoever. Thoroughly angry and disappointed.
The worst customer service in the whole world. Even club factory does better.
I've called them so many times.

As m regular customer of myntra. But very disappointed with delivery boy as he is not coming to home to deliver the parcel.. Whenever i order parcel from myntra he call me to come outside to pick up the parcel.. Also his behavior is very rough.. Many times he called me when he was drunk.. And never deliver the parcel at right time.. When i talked with him about complain against him even he didn’t care about complain.. Also he never return change and i asked for return he always said he had no change.

Purchasing trench coat from myntra through airtel payment wallet. My money deducted bt myntra didn't receive my payment order confirmation pls say this gateway to send my payment to myntra. Soon as soon urgent.
Pls solve my issue. It's very bad happens i neevr expected airtel payment gateway will do these things. Pls solve my issues

This is with reference to my orders placed on 30th nov 2019, order no:[protected]-9792703. I want these orders to be delivered on and before 29th nov 2019 as i am in the need of products and i won't be there as office address because of saturday and sunday off for me. Another option if you possible to place my order on another address on same date as 30 th nov 2019 that will good for me.

Request you to kindly deliver it as soon as possible in the above mentioned dates or change delivery location.

But order was not placed. Tried contacting both airtel and myntra but unable to do so.
Need refund for the above case. Even refund in airtel payments bank would be fine

I received order day 2 days back and i placed request for return on the same day as i had issue with the size, after return pickup myntra refused to return money saying price tag is missing. I returned package in same condition with all the things intact and there was no price tag when i received the product as it is blouse and there is no place on the cloth/blouse to put a price tag. Kindly help me at the earliest

I have been a regular buyer at myntra, but since the last two weeks the guy (Pawan) who comes to deliver the products has some serious behavioural issues. He doesn't deliver on time, wants me to keep calling him and he keeps missing the packets.

Harrasment2 when he comes to deliver, he tries to touch my hand. Well since its my office, he has to maintain his limitations.

Harrasment 3 he has a habit of throwing the packets around my working desk, trying to talk to me for no reasons, when he is very well aware that i have esclated the matter to the customer care at myntra.

What has surprised me id that after speaking to shreya, dheeraj, vishal and 2 more cs people 9 repeating the whole incident0 and being promied that they would ensure that either this guy learns to behave himself or he doesn't turn up to my office, i see him again today coming for an delivery with his same wicked smile.

Is myntra a women friendly site?
Do they do a background reference check of the vendors that are hired to deliver their stuff?
How can a site that self proclaims itself to be no 1, make a lady feel unsafe?

I ordered for skechers shoes on myntra for rs 7999 along with jackets. I received all the products in a big polythene bag of myntra but when i opened it, the shoes were in cardboard box without any cellotape on the box. The shoes inside the box were in a polythene and were used puma shoes without any tag on it. I called myntra and told them about it and also have sent them photos but they rejected its return.
How can it be taken for...

I am unable to return my shoes which got delivered today and myntra says it is impossible because credit point is collected. It is misleading on their side because there wasn't any warning or alerts popups while clicking that. There was a small exclamation mark which is usually hard to notice in the first place.

They give no other possibilities to return and this is ridiculous because they could if they want.

Flipkart has told me that it will take legal action against me for not being able to clear my paylater due. The reason i was unable to is that they had been showing the wrong amount. The actual amount should be 777. And they have added another 763. The item that was ordered worth 763 has been returned to origin through myntra but due to some glitch in either of the companies, my paylater has not been updated. I have called both the companies but to no avail. I have been forced to pay an extra amount of 800 as flipkart paylater because i have been threatened by flipkart that they would take legal action. Yet there has been no initiative to process refund or provide any resolution from their end. As you can see the amount of 763 has not been adjusted. I have already contacted them and they have told me that they have processed the refund
Now i am going to take legal action for harassing me in this manner. They told me that they would resolve this issue but both the companies are bent in blaming each other and have acquired money from me through fraud

I had ordered one dorothy perkins jeans which i returned due to very poor quality. I got a message that due to orginal tags missing the refund is on hold. But i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is. Whenever i would call them for the follow up they would say that they will return the product back to me. I told them you keep the product and my amount also., but just show me the proof that they had dispatch ed the product...

I purchased 3shirts from myntra costs rs.763.25 each total rs.2290 on[protected] through andhrabank debit card. I cancelled my order and i should get my refund on[protected]. I raised this issue myntra gave me this reference no: 74332749290928956720673 but my bank didn't get any refund on my behalf of rs.2290. I informed to myntra they are not responding today i, e 24/11/19 they are saying from there end it was done. Please do something to get back my refund i have been waiting for my refund since 1 1/2 month.
