I did shopping on myntra using myntra credit and other payment method. When I returned few of the products, it gave me two options of refund which were 1. Back to source (meaning myntra credit and other payment method) and 2. Myntra Credit. I opted for option 1, which is back to source. They purposely don’t provide an option of refunding the money to bank account in case a person has used myntra credit to do the shopping. So, large chunk of my money is in myntra credit. I asked customer care to transfer that myntra credit to my bank account which they mentioned that as per myntra policy myntra credit is non transferable and has a validity of 1 year. I don’t want to shop anymore from their website/app and I want my money back. But Myntra is refusing to refund my money back to my bank account. As per their Myntra Credit T&C, nowhere it is mentioned that a consumer can’t transfer their myntra credit to bank account. I want to file a complaint against Myntra for forcibly asking me to spend my money on a website that I don’t want to use.
