Urgent Complaint: Missing Invoice Affecting Office Reimbursement – Order ID #1304422 [protected]
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint regarding a recent order placed on 15th July 2025 through Myntra, delivered on 20th July 2025, which was split into multiple parcels. I received invoices for three shipments, but the invoice for the parcel containing a H&M shirt remains outstanding.
Despite:
Raising an initial issue on 21st July 2025 (which was closed without resolution),
Raising a second issue on 22nd July 2025 (still unresolved),
And enduring multiple follow-ups via phone,
I have yet to receive the missing invoice. I was informed I would need to wait another 48 hours, despite the matter already being delayed for over a week.
I urgently need this invoice for office reimbursement, and due to this extended delay, the reimbursement window has already lapsed—causing me financial loss and distress. I request immediate intervention to:
Obtain the missing invoice without further delay,
Review the retailer’s issue-handling process to avoid recurrence,
Compensate for the financial inconvenience caused due to negligence.
