Sir, I ordered a dress on 13th Nov which I received on 17th Nov. And as it didtny look good on me...plus size issue also, I immediately initiated return. I received message, someone will come to pick up, but I waited whole day and no one came to pick it up. Later end of day I saw in their Mantra App that it shows Return on hold . I called their customer care dept. who told me the delivery guy may have missed you, but dont worry will surely come to pick it up. But to my surprise no one came to pick it... i called every other day asking when the agent will come and they kept telling me wait for 3 working days and all..., but neither they called nor they sent anyone to pick it. Today again when I called, I was told that we received product without lable, its wrong product etccc... i told them packet is with me, no one came to take, then how can you say its in bad condition or no lable is there... they just dont want to initiate return or god knows what is in their mind. I inititated return within return period and still troubled harrassed by them.
On their website it still shows that this item can be bought and can be returned within 7 days... Was this information helpful? |
