Myntra.com — Unfair resolution no. Help on return creation

I ordered a kurta of Qubo fashion from Myntra and received it without a brand tag or price tag just the size slip of the brand was there. I want to get a return created for tha and am open for any investigations happening with the logistics team as I'm honest at my case. The registered order from it worth Rs. 2999. They denied help rejected my claim 7171657 on NCH didn't help with the grievance filed with them IN[protected]. They never sent tags on the items I ordered approx 90% were without it and the seller's fault made my account suspended. All I want on priority is to get my return created and my money back from them more than the account re activation. Not even responding on Twitter please provide justice to me
