I ordered a kurta of Qubo fashion from Myntra and received it without a brand tag or price tag just the size slip of the brand was there. I had placed an order on Myntra with Order ID: 1294107 [protected] for 'The Roadster Lifestyle Co. Men White Solid Track Pants (Size: L)'. However, I was delivered a T-shirt instead. I ordered a shirt from Myntra for 1, 200 Rs, it did not fit well & hence I requested an exchange, the new shirt was for 3, 000 Rs, so I paid an additional 1, 800 Rs. It has been a month now & Myntra has not delivered the shirt nor providing the refund. The order shows in “processing” status & multiple calls & emails have been futile since they come up with a standard response “please give us 24-48 hours”....

Ordered bag thru myntra. Recvd it on 10th nov. Requested retun request on the same day as there wasn't any tag, brand name or price tag. They accepted the request n the person came to collect the bag on the 11th of Nov at 7.35 pm when I was nt at home n my minor son was there.
