Order status incorrent

Hi,

It is regarding my order for a top whose status is coming as Shipping delayed while it is already delivered to me, even though i have also provided with the snapshots that i have received the product ....

I placed an order on Myntra (Order ID: 129860206405961664501) and received a sealed package, but the item inside — COSRX Snail Mucin — was missing.

I raised a complaint on 11th May (Ticket ID: IN[protected]) and was told to wait till 14th May. Despite waiting, no resolution was provided. I followed up again and was asked to wait another 72 hours.

Finally, the complaint was closed with the reasoning that the package was tamper-proof — without verifying the actual issue or checking from my side. This is completely unfair. A sealed package does not prove delivery of the item. I never received the product and I have the proof of my communication with the Myntra team.

I request a full refund or immediate replacement.

    I have ordered from myntra few days back, the product i have received was leaking and the size was half of the amount, I asked myntra to exchange or return my product three times i called them and talk to there agent and they doesn't show any kind of response from there side neither i received any mail from there side nor a text, I called them again they says they have declined my complaint. They says we have sended the product in good condition that is not our responsibility how I have received it, inside box the product was leaking and even the package box, bill everything was wet from leaked product, I m a loyal customer of myntra I order from them many times and I have received no help being a loyal customer. I need my refund it may be a small amount but i couldn't tolerate such response from there side.

      I ordered 6 kurtis of same brand that is House of Chikankari, out of which i got delievered with only two kurtis on 1st may 2025 and in my app its showing all 6 kurtis have been delievered, and this order was prepaid, when i complaint regarding this issue to myntra customer support they are refusing to acknowledge this issue and states that order was completely tamper proof, but thats not my problem, i have already paid for my order and its a loss 10K to me and apart from money, what about the emotional harrasment, and inconvenience they have caused to me since this has occured i have been trying to reach them regarding the same but they are just delaying and at last refuses to resolve. Its my hard earned money, i wont let go of this easily, this must have happened at there warehouse where these orders are been packed they should investigate there but they are just so careless about it since it was the prepaid order, kindly look into the matter soon and do the needful its really frustating, i was silly enough who thought one single packet will be having my all kurtis since its been seen that all products of same brand comes in one single package but no the reality was they played with me and sent only two kurtis, what an audacity. And if i would have any idea of same i would have made video before ordering the parcel but i didnt expected so, seriously my bad but still I am attaching valid and required proofs

        I ordered 3 products from Myntra: 1 eyeliner (which I did receive) and 2 Tirtir foundations. Out of the two foundations, only one was in the package—the other one was missing. As soon as I noticed, I immediately called customer care to report it. And that’s when the real nightmare began.

        The Myntra staff are completely useless. The agents, their supervisors, even their so-called “managers” had no clue how to handle the issue or offer any solution. It’s like they’re trained to just repeat the same scripted nonsense and waste your time.

        To make it worse, the delivery driver blatantly lied, saying the remaining product would be delivered in the evening. It never arrived. So either the seller or the delivery guy scammed us, and Myntra just stood by and did nothing. We paid for a product we never got—and Myntra is okay with that?

        This is not just poor service. This is blatant fraud. The platform is unreliable, the customer service is pathetic, and the sellers clearly can’t be trusted. Avoid Myntra at all costs unless you want to be scammed and ignored. The shop name is VELY MONKEYS MKT PRIVATE in gurgaon, Haryana

          I had placed exchange for srisaras tank crop top through myntra e-commerce app and the exchange product is not delivered to me however the delivery boy (may be) mistakenly took the product with him and didnt give me the exchanged one. As I was not available at the place, my friend gave away my parcel. It was due to confusion may be, as at the same time another parcel was for return.
          Many a time I have placed complaint and query regarding my issue but noone in myntra helpline is listening to me.
          When I told them to give me details regarding the investigation they did with the logistic team they dont give me clear answers.
          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

            Refund not issued after 6 months

            I have ordered items worth 9643 INR in October 2024. I returned all the items but still the refund has not been issued.
            I have been provided with the transaction ID from Myntra which is incorrect as per the bank.
            I have requested multiple times to send the correct transaction ID but there is no action from Myntra....

            I had ordered a face wash from Myntra and was unfortunately delivered an expired product. After using it, I developed a skin infection and only then realized the product was past its expiry date. Despite repeatedly calling and emailing Myntra's customer support, I have only received automated responses with promises of resolution within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been over two weeks, and no proper resolution has been provided apart from a basic refund for the product. I have shared all my medical reports and continue to follow up, but there has been no meaningful response or accountability from your end. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of concern for customer safety and urge you to take immediate action.

              I am writing to file a complaint against Myntra regarding a non-delivered order and lack of proper resolution.

              I placed an order on Myntra on Order ID # 1296860 [protected]on (20/4/25]. The expected delivery date was 24/4/25, but the product has not been delivered to date.

              I have raised multiple complaints through Myntra's customer support channels, but I have either received no helpful response or been given false assurances. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no action or refund initiated from their side.

              This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I am attaching proof of order, complaint chats/emails, and any other relevant screenshots for your reference.

              I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Myntra and help me get a full refund along with compensation for mental harassment and delay.

              Immediate refund of the full order amount

                  Myntra delivered a different colour footwear but on initiating exchange, myntra denied to take back the product.

                  It has been 5 days and they are still wasting time.

                  They did this 3-4 months back as well. A damaged product was delivered and they wasted time like this and then they cancelled exchange.

                    I bought a slipper (Ipanema) from myntra.. When i received it was dirty and also has size issue…i raised return request but no one come to pick it up. Again i am trying to contact them but they are not responding …plz resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      Product & Money Not Received

                      I ordered a shirt from Myntra for 1, 200 Rs, it did not fit well & hence I requested an exchange, the new shirt was for 3, 000 Rs, so I paid an additional 1, 800 Rs. It has been a month now & Myntra has not delivered the shirt nor providing the refund.                         I initiated a return request, but the delivery agent refused pickup due to the absence of a brand tag, even though the product arrived without one. When I contacted support, I was advised to submit a new request under "wrong product received" with images. However, since the difference wasn't visibly clear in the pictures, my request was declined, and the case was closed.

                        I later came across a customer review (attached) stating the same issue—this product is not actually a ready-to-wear saree. While I acknowledge that I overlooked this review before purchasing, it does not change the fact that the product is misleadingly advertised.
