I ordered a pair of Men's Rust Leather Comfort Sandals, but I received the wrong color. As a result, I initiated a return request on May 4, 2024. The courier arrived on May 5, 2024, between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to pick up the sandals. However, I later received a message stating that the product was rejected for pickup by Myntra. Despite this, I have not received the product back. When I contacted Myntra support, they informed me that they have not received the product and therefore cannot proceed with the refund.

On the 7th of November, 2023, I initiated a transaction on Myntra using my father’s registered contact number. However, despite the deduction of funds from my father’s account as well as my Paytm bank card, the transaction succeeded but due to a payment gateway issue the order was not placed . Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter through communication with your customer support team have been unfruitful, exacerbating my concern. I visited the Paytm office and spoke with their team regarding the payment I made to Myntra. They provided me with all the necessary details, confirming that the payment has been successfully processed from my end . However, upon checking my Myntra account, the amount does not reflect as paid . The failure to process the transaction despite the deduction of funds constitutes a clear violation of these rights, leaving me with little recourse but to seek redress through formal channels. I am reaching out to seek your urgent intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to address my grievances.
