Myntra.com — Unreasonable Delay in Delivery Deficiency of Service

Placed an order on Myntra (Order ID: 1310439 [protected], Tracking No. MYSC[protected]) shipped on 25th September 2025. Delivery was due on 25th September, then shifted to 6th October, now again to 10th October. The package reached KokerBaghHub_SRG Srinagar on 2nd October, but has not been delivered. This constitutes clear deficiency of service under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Relief Sought:
1. Immediate delivery without further delay.
2. Written explanation for the repeated delay.
3. Compensation for inconvenience and harassment.
