Hi Team, I'm place order of Wildcraft Men Navy Blue Insulator Outdoor Puffer Jacket Size: XL on 02.01.2026 and same delivered to me on 08.01.2026 in used condition through Delhivery When i m open the packet then found used product .I m same update to Myntra team or delivery agent regarding this and Myntra team update me that We sincerely apologize for inconvenience this may have caused. We will create a return request for pickup this product and refund your money. Next day pickup agent come for this but he is take the image and denied for pickup this product due to used product. I m call to Myntra team update that pickup agent denied for pickup this product and he will update me that he will become within 24-48hours and don't share any OTP till pickup not completed but no one come. Now Myntra team also denied for pickup this product as well as refund my money. From till date to now i m continuously call or chat with Myntra team regarding resolve my issue but no one ready to listen anything .
