Myntra.com — Waiting for refund amount

I have ordered 4 products on myntra on 30th may 2025 . Out of 4 products, they delivered only 1 shirt that too a used product without any brand name and prize tag. And the 3 remaining tshirts are not delivered and saying address is wrong.
1. How could they deliver 1st shirt with the same address.
2.I immediately returned the product that I got on 4 june 2025.for that product they said 2 days it will take to get refund amount. now it is 16th June nearly 12 days till now they are not evening answering to the calls properly.And every time they wait for 24 hours for past 8 days.
