Ref num[protected] and name of the person is uhaib. He is talking rude n saying i should stand and tell you the answers and he is asking me to hung up the call when i am enquiring about my cancelled order with out their failed delivery service. He wantedly stayed silent for minutes to end the call and asking me to end the call. They agreed that it was their miss n mistake and did not attempt to resolve issue at all!! Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 05, 2018 Updated by sandhya abburi They clearly mentioned that they would deliver product and they will attempt thrice to deliver it. But it was not the case! They simply returned it without waiting for my availability and simply asking me to reorder it when it is outof stock and high in price. Apart from this, their customer service is bad!! They are simply telling no option and not possible and saying i will repeat same answers of you ask again n again! No concern at all and no attempt to satisfy customers even it is their miss! Pleas take some action and close this site competely!!

I raised complaint but not rply to 28days and after they said coplaint is declined.

I ordered a dress, but Myntra logistics delivered me a wrong product(Volley Ball Net), I even raised my concern with the customer support but they declined my request saying they delivered the appropriate one.
Please do the needful action. I have all the invoice, documents and the product.

Today i received my parcel after 18 days.. it's not the stuff what i had ordered..this is very disheartening to wait for so long and to receive different product.. i have requested for return...but still i have to wait for it..and now even i can order the same stuff as it is sold out..contact me asap.. order no- [protected]
