Hello,

I have recently bought a product (Hanes men blue printed boxers r008-615-pl) which was delivered today. The product is completely different from what is available on the website regarding the print and the colour. Although the website states that the product may differ in colour and print, it fails to provide the pictures of the other types of the product that may be received by the customer. The packaging shows the correct print and color but the product received is completely different. I have been a fan of myntra and felt deceived when the customer care failed to provide the reason or solution to the problem. I request you to exchange the product soon as i need it before leaving the country on 16th august.

I placed an order for lacoste tshirt worth rs. 4050. The money got debited from my account but the order has not been placed in myntra. The myntra customer care says it will be credited to my account within 48 hours for sure. Will i really get my money refunded or myntra is making a fool of me by giving me false hopes?

    Order#[protected]-6533303 i ordered 5 items in this order with total amount of rs. 3109, i purchased these items on july 28, 2018 in clearance sale with offer of citi bank credit card (15% cb on order above 3000).
    But suddenly i came to know one item in my order which is a t-shirt which i purchased xl size and it was last product and then product was showing out of stock. Price of this product was 187 rs.
    When i contacted with customer care they told me that they have cancelled it by their own t&c and not even sms or notified me and the reason was very pathetic (Product issue) this cancellation makes my order amount

      worst customer service

      Ref num[protected] and name of the person is uhaib. He is talking rude n saying i should stand and tell you the answers and he is asking me to hung up the call when i am enquiring about my cancelled order with out their failed delivery service.

      He wantedly stayed silent for minutes to end the call and asking me to end the call. They agreed that it was their miss n mistake and did not attempt to resolve issue at all!!...

      I haven't received the item which i have booked. Inside the pack i have actual invoice of amount 987 rupees but the product packed is completely different whose price is 699. Delivery person has taken rupees 996 from me. Nothing is getting matched both in terms of price and product. Booked a kurti but received a t-shirt. Even the app doesn't show item is delivered it is still in shipment status.

      I want you to take an immediate action on this by taking this as priority

      Totally disappointed by the service which i never faced this before in myntra

        Myntra's saying "easy return" has given me: mental stress, harassment, delay in my own official work.
        I ordered the product "black audio curve neckband wireless bluetooth magnetic earphone" which was delivered to me on saturday and was a defective product. Myntra endorsing such brands and doesn't even check the product before delivering to their valuable customers.
        I raised the issue on the same day with myntra and they told me to wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years". I received a mail on monday stating that boult will handle this on their own so myntra is taking itself out of this situation.
        Now boult people didn't contact me even once regarding the issue and myntra is not aware of it because they have taken themselves out of it, so they don't care anymore about what the customer is sufferring from.
        Then i as a customer with the defective product reached out to myntra on tuesday stating that there has been no reply no call from boult now what should i do. Again, same update rather excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".
        Wednesday: no update from myntra, i the customer following up again and called myntra asking for the update and telling them that there is still no contact from the boult company regarding the product. I am still at loss with the product and no money refund. Same excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".
        Thursday and friday: same story as above
        Saturday: after whole complete week, i receive a mail stating that return request accepted but you have to self-ship the product. Now the customer has been stressed the whole week following up on the product, money by myself calling everyday to myntra and at the end this is what i receive.
        When i called myntra regarding the above that i can’t courier it because i keep travelling for work and only my mother stays up at my home who can’t walk properly so please provide solution for the courier and get the product picked up from my home. Myntra customer rep simply lied on my face “return/exchange service not available at your address”. How is this possible???
        I have been with myntra for past 5 years and from same home address i have returned/exchanged products then how come suddenly the service is not available.
        In between when i was asking my queries and worries, the customer rep kept saying “no service, self-ship”. I wasn;t even allowed to say my complete sentence
        So, i guess new tagline of myntra that its customer rep is promoting is: “listen to us otherwise go to hell”
        At the end i asked the person to transfer my call to some supervisor, he said they are all busy and same excuse: wait for 24 hours and "thank you for being with us for past 5 years".

        Thank you for the quick reaponse and help. The issue has been resolved now. Hopefully from next the customer shouldn’t be pushed to go to this level of eacalation to get the reaolution.

          Horrible experience. It's been 2 weeks since i have placed an order for 2 sweatshirts via internet banking which was cancelled on its own and i have not received the refund till now. They had not even intimated me via text or email that my order was cancelled. I have called the customer service number multiple times. Each time they keep telling me to wait 24 or 48 hrs more.

            On tuesday 31st july, i placed and prder for a silver guess wallet at around 4:10pm.
            It was priced at a discounted rate of rupees 2499. I placed the order once, it didn’t register, i placed it again and it said thatbit would be delivered on 8th august by cash on delivery. Yesterday when i checked the site, it said no order has been placed. However the wallet was in my cart at double the price (4999). This is not acceptable!

              I have booked Men Orange Solid Varsity Jacket in Myntra site and the Myntra seller sent different colour Jacket i have rejected the Jacket and Myntra have return taken but Myntra have cheated me because Myntra will deducted 150 rupees without any resons my booking time deducted Rs 998.45.00/- and Myntra returned only Rs 849.45 only and order id is[protected]-2357801 cheating the Myntra

                I ordered an ear ring from Myntra - "Zaveri Pearls Gold-Plated Beaded Stone-Studded Jhumkas".
                Order No:[protected]-6117403

                One of the Jhumkis of it was missing when I opened the package. I tried to log a return but they said my address is not under return pickup service (and that is not true and I had returned / exchanged from same address many times previously) and this was no where mentioned at the time of order.

                When I called and email Myntra Customer Service - they said that they can not consider this return as the item was shipped and delivered in good condition.

                However, when I opened the package I found a defective ear ring and this is not acceptable.
                This is clear cheating.

                Myntra says - 30 days return - No questions asked : This is just to make fool of you. BEWARE !!! MYNTRA CHEATS AS WELL.

                  I have ordered a roadster jeans worth 712/- and a t shirt worth 290/-, yesterday i got my order. And i noticed that the jeans was different from the original one which i have ordered.
                  So what should i do return or exchange...in case of exchange size will be exchanged but again i will get same wrong jeans...in case if i return the jeans... I will get the whole 712/- refund or the delivery charges will be cut from that money for t shirt.
                  Since i haven't paid any shipping charges.. Bcoz order was more than 1000/- rs.

                    The courier guy picked up my two t-shirt mast and harbour brand, when i told him to confirm he said all okay and let me sign and left with the two t-shirt and now it’s been almost a month i have been comparing about this the other t-shirt has not reached the warehouse, the pick was on the 13th july and after the complaint after i realised that only one t-shirt i was suppose to give i called the courier and told him why did he take he said not to worry i have send the t-shirt and i was suppose to pink up two t-shirts only...                     I have been using myntra for 5 years and his is how I was treat no one helped me even escalation bay or the managers taking this complaints simply telling me it s been declined and you cannot get the refund... my T-shirt just disappeared and no buddy knows where is it now... this is really not about the money but how are you guys treating your customers and robbing them

                      I have a complaint regarding online shopping of W Women pink & off-white solid kurta with churidar and dupatta from Myntra app in my name. The order was placed on 17/07/2018 (Order No.[protected]-1687303). After delivery only pink kurta was there inside the package. So, when I placed return request on 25/07/2018 (return no.[protected] due to non-availability of churidar and dupatta which are not delivered to me along with the kurta, my return request has been declined. The MRP of the product in the price tag of the kurta itself is Rs. 5099 and after discout I have paid Rs. 2569.27 through debit card.
                      Therefore, I humbly request you to accept my return request and pick up the product and refund me as soon as possible.

                        This is regarding the product "Roadster Men Black Analogue Watch RD001" pertaining the order number[protected]-3665903.I have purchased the product on 4th June, requested for return on 5th June and returned on of 6th June. Myntra is claiming that the product is delivered to me on 9th after the "return declined" as per their return policy. But the product was never been delivered to me. Moreover I have not received any mail/ message on 9th June on delivery of the product. I have received only a message on 9th June that the product is reshipped to me. After that I have not received any update on the product from Myntra. I had to call Myntra customer services for more than 10 times for following up on this case. Every time I had to tell my problem from the beginning and was assured a solution in next 3 business days which was never happened. The customer service guys are keeping on asking me to the return of the product from side which I was never having. Adding to this, there was a false return request generated by Myntra on 21st June (Accepted by Myntra customer service). On that basis, they have sent me a mail on 12th July saying the product has not picked up so the refund will not process. In my last conversation, which was on 31st July, from nowhere they told it was delivered to me on 9th June which was never mentioned by any of the previous customer care persons(Near about 10/12 persons i spoke about the problem ) and sent me a mail without any proof attached in the mail. On the call with customer care, I have told, we can’t help you for anything on this and reply to the mail which i have done but I have not received any reply. I am tired of talking to customer care and trying tell my problem and asking for the refund. On what basis customer's money is blocked when the product was never delivered to the customer. The product amount is 1060.81
                        Kindly please look onto the above case and please help me on this.

                          Hello.. During eors i purchased few things from myntra. Then i return few of the items with various problems and asked for the payment refund in my bank account. Now its been almost 45 days since i have returned the product but have not received the amount yet.. On calling customer service thy are asking me to contact the bank for the refund as they say that they have initiated the refund.. My concern is that when i have done the payment to myntra then why i should contact someone else.. And they are providing me a fake link too to contact the bank. Its doesn't accepts few details when trying to enter. And this the second time i am facing this problem, and in the previous one issue also i did not get my payment refund. But this time i am very serious about my problem and thinking of taking it to the next level if i don't get any satisfactory answer from your side. I am such a loyal customer to you and you are showing your loyalty like this.. This is seriously not accepted again and again from such a renowned company like you.. I hope i'll get my problem solved asap.. Thank you

                            This is the worst quality ever i have experienced on myntra. The earphones stopped working after a week after a purchase. What was worse is that the earphones gave me constant pain in both ears. They are certainly hazardous and have put my health to risk. Strangely myntra has no exchange, return or refund policy over them. For rs 700 they are costly and also hazardous for health.

                              I placed two orders on myntra. They were both returned and the refund was initiated.

                              It was said the refund amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. It's been 12 days and there is still no sign of refunds.

                              I tried to contact myntra on social media regarding the matter. They turned blind eye to my case. This was done on purpose.
                              Not only they haven't refunded my money. The staff at myntra are rude and they refuse to take a look at my case. They are very unprofessional.

                              I would like to get my amount refunded against the return ids:

                              I also want a proper apology from myntra team for ignoring my case.

                              The refund was initiated on 21 july. I haven't got the amount till now

                              I ordered a dressberry footwear of around 1100/-.Such a bad quality it was of, caused cuts in my foot and was very uncomfortable .This is unexpected and now myntra is denying to take the return . Very bad.

                                I had ordered 1 piece of lee coper men jean and 1 color bar kajal as per order
                                [protected]-9863103. The delivery came on 9th july but since the package was very small, i asked the delivery boy about the jeans but he said he had only this packet. I checked my myntrale app and it showed both product delivered. I called customer care and complained and they said that both product must be in same package. I said that the package was too small to contain both package. Then customer care guy told that they would deliver the missing product soon. After multiple follow-up finally refund process was initiated. But to my shock i got to know that the refund process got cancelled as myntra claimed that the missing product (Lee copper men jean) was delivered to me. After 17 days of harassment they are asking for proof. Luckily my husband had shot the video of opening the package.

                                  I am not able to return the nike shoes i bought worth rs 7000 as they are not genuine nike. But it just exceeded 1 day against the return period and the customer care personnel is refusing to return and is very rude.
                                  Its a matter of 7 thousand for me not a small amount.in first case they shouldn’t be this rude its a matter pf customer building
                                  I am requesting for a call back but there is no one calling me back and they do not have an email id to send mail to

                                    My amount refund has been initiated by myntra but not reflected in my account uptil now
                                    I followed up with the bank they are saying no transaction done yet for refund by myntra
                                    I had purchased 2 track pants of adidas and reebok it didnt fit well so had to return it

                                      I have accumulated around Rs 5400 as Myntra credits in my Myntra account however I no longer wish to shop from Myntra. I called the Myntra customer care and they confirmed that there is no option to move to money to my bank account.

                                      I wish to move my money in the form of Myntra credits to my bank account and considering that it is my money I should be able to do the same.
