I placed my paid order weeks ago and still haven’t received it. No tracking updates, no clear answers — just the same copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience†messages every time. When I call, they tell me to email; and the email agents act like they’ve completely lost their minds — you ask one thing, they reply something totally different, like some untrained or clueless people are handling support.
Even on Instagram, every time a different person replies with the same useless scripted responses. Myntra has become a total joke — only knows how to take money, not how to deliver orders or handle customers properly. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing service.
And now they’ve told me to email some Grievance Officer. I’m doing that — let’s see what they do. I ONLY WANT MY TWO ORDERS; after that I will NEVER order from this lousy app again. I’ll have my account and the accounts of everyone I know deleted.
