I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious issue with my recent order (Order ID: #[protected]-1588203), placed on 12th May 2025 and delivered on 14th May 2025.
At the time of delivery, I was not at home and had instructed my parents to collect the package on my behalf. Upon my return and subsequent opening of the package, I was shocked to find that the item delivered was not what I had ordered.
Details of the Complaint:
Item Ordered: Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation (USB-C, ANC, Spatial Audio, with MagSafe Case), Size: OneSize
Item Received: A container of Lotus Face Cream, which is entirely unrelated to the item I ordered and paid for
This is a case of gross negligence and mismanagement. I was shocked to receive a completely incorrect product and further disappointed when I approached your customer support team — only to have my refund and replacement request denied and the complaint closed without resolution.
