Myntra.com — wrong product delivered and pick up boy is denying to accept return

I have ordered for a men's black jeans on account of myntra sale on 19 june 2020. But i got a ladies mustard yellow kurtha delivered. I have requested for a return. But when the pick up boy came, he has denied to collect due to product mismatch. He mentioned he was asked to collect a men's jeans, and not the kurtha. So he declined the return request. On contacting customer care, they said, we have approved the return request, and will collect it again. (The issue resolved statement is attached in pictures below). But, next time, also, the same thing has happened, the pick up boy rejected to collect the product saying its a mismatch of product. Its been 5 times placing the return till now, same thing is repeating. The customer care says it has resolved the issue, but the pickup boy denies to collect it. I would like to ask the concerned authorities, that the tax invoice (Attached in pictures below) states that "a mustard yellow lasies kurtha"in it and product we are trying to return is kurtha, how can the pick up boy deny to collect it? We are returning the same product myntra have delivered to us. How do i get my money back now? For the 6th time i have again placed the return (Recently on 7th july) and yet its been rejected once again. Kindly look into this issue.
