      I do not have my delivery, which was supposed to be delivered 6 days back.
      And it's status is still pending at 20th june date.
      No communication has received from their side. I have even talked to their customer support and they told to provide the delivery before, but i still don't see any updates on that.

        The manager sanjay at escalation desk was rude as well as delivery boy was rude even to come up to deliver or pick up the used products. I live in bangalore and we got back used low quality flip flops from united colours of benetton as well as a t shirt from club york without logo to my disbelief. Both were told that they have been rejected in quality check and were thrown back to us and reshipped us the disgusting products and that too after 30+ days, i kept calling customer care and nothing actually happened as they said their decision is final and investigation will be done. These kind of people who run such fake products and staff should be thrown out of their jobs, will never order anything from this fake company. I really want to throw back the t shirt and flip flop back on their face and tell them to keep my money with them. God bless this cheat company and rude staff.

          Hi team,

          I have purchased 1 gift card from myntra of amount 2500 on 4th october 2019. Order no:[protected]-5931301,

          I am not able to use this gift card and i have raised concern or complaint with myntra on 20th june but till i m not getting any response from myntra.
          Whenever i am going to use that gift getting error as either card number or card pin is incorrect.

                  Dear myntra customer executive,

                  I have ordered 8 items from myntra.com on end of reason sale on 19-june 2020 and 21-june 2020. I have paid for one and i have kept cod for other order. I have waited for the orders to deliver on the delivery dates but the delivery staff didn't deliver my orders and i didn't even received text messages/calls from the agent that they will come for delivery but when i check in the website the products are returned to origin without prior information to me. I have requested for the call back and asked for explanation and resolve my problem without any complications but the customer service executive didn't respond properly and took long gap and did conversation improperly and disconnected the call, i requested the call back for 3 times but no use, i have faced the same problem with the 3 customer service members. One executive has understood my problem and convinced me that he will take the issue to higher authority and try to resolve it and call me back with in 24 hours but i didn't receive any call from them. ([protected]- mrs harpitha) who didn't resolve or disconnected my call without solving it or without prior minimum response.

                  Generally when i order something from myntra, the delivery agent will send message to me that they will deliver my order on the date and if in case my phone isn't reachable, i will receive a message and mail from delivery agent that my phone is in not reachable and will give a link and contact number in it but i didn't receive ant kind of text messages/ emails from the delivery agent regarding same this time and that is the reason i am writing to you this.

                  As i have ordered the products in the reason sale, i cannot reorder the same products with the same price now and didn't get the refund yet, i just want reorder the same products from your end and deliver them to me on time and refund my money i will pay for products by cod option. Kindly find the details of the orders (Order no.[protected]-2290901 and[protected]-5830701)

                  Do the needful from your end and resolve my issue soon.

                          I ordered a product(tshirts) COD but when it delivered to me the amount is doubled. I order a pack of 2 tshirts at delivery time they add the amount of both two tshirts which is rupees 483
                          But the amount which I have to pay is 241.5 rupees. I registered a complaint against this on app. They said the complaint has been solved within two working days but now they say that they will don't refund my money. I also share them screenshot that I had taken at the time of placing order. But they refused to solve my issue.

                            This is regarding Order no.[protected]-5511103 which include a item named Urban Dog men's boxers blue checked. When i received product it's totally different in terms of Fabric, Color, and design and i have sent them images as proof but they said this is not returnable and that's it. What this mean if they are sending wrong products in the name of No return policy they should investigate and see customers proof. This is worst fraud being run by Myntra

                              I have done online shopping for first time in myntra & my experience was worst. I have purchased a yellow saree which costed 800rs, itwas too low quality very transparent.. Am not happy with myntra shopping.

                                I have a serious to lodge a complaint against Myntra. On 19th June, 2020 I have placed 3 items . Order no.:[protected]-2933903-and the order was a pre-paid order. The date of delivery was on 30th June which much later than expected, but even then it is not delivered yet, and Myntra after calling them time and again and emailing them, Myntra is not concerned to revert back with any explanations on the status of the order or delay on the order, or initiating the refund the money paid against the order.

                                The item is is a White Solid Collar Shawl Jacket.
                                Firstly the order was a pre-paid order, i wasn executing it to be delivered much earlier but it took 15 odd days to deliver. 30th June was the delivery date for the white jacket, but it was not delivered, neither i see any update on the app in that regards. On the app since the beginning, I had only seen the status for this particular item "Packed", after which the status has not been updated anymore to go forward.

                                Being a customer has to update you on the errors and failure of any items/orders placed, is it not an obligation of the E-Retailer(Myntra) to update me if there is any hiccup or delay or failure on the part of Myntra to deliver my item which is a pre-paid item? I can t even cancel the item, as it does not show me the option to do it.

                                    I had ordered a footwear ( Skechers Women Black Vinyasa Tiger Squad Embellished Flatforms) on 16th June from myntra. It arrived around 22th june. I tried the footwear out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up happened around 24 june. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                                    I called up the customer care but couldn't connect and I even try chat option but I never got anyone, they always says no executive available. Now they are saying thatbthe return is successful but I have not got the refund and they have closed my complaint. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                                      What is wrong with Myntra. The massive sales promotion done for their 19-22 June 2020 sales is a bogus. All my orders are getting cancelled one by one - Myntra only cancelling my order and refunding the money.

                                      I have placed order not to get my money refunded but to get the product because I liked the product. If they don't have the product why did the put it up on the website. It was a waste of time.

                                      This sales promotion is just to bring in customers. All the good product are just for show, even if you purchased they will cancel the order. Eg - I came in for H&M products and had purchased alot, along with H&M I also bought some Mini Klub - got all Mini Klub products BUT H&M products are all cancelled by Myntra :(

                                        I couldn't receive my order due to lockdown, the delivery agent asked me to refuse the order. After that i didn't received the refund, i tried calling at customer service two times, they asked me to wait till 72 hours but still i didn't received any refund.
                                        They told me about some ivr call but i didn't get any call from them. For your information i refused the order on 28th june 2020.

                                        It is not expected for such a brand like myntra,
                                        In similar case i found better support form other shopping sites like amazon and flipkart.
