Dear team,

I can't exchange my recent order on myntra due to i mistakenly claimed my insider points. I purchased puma shoees which i want to exchnage as i have size issue. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

        There were some products which i returned to myntra before lockdown and i choose it as myntra credits. But now situation has changed o can't shop with that money and want myntra to refund my money to my bank account. But they are forcing me to do shopping. Kindly help. It's not possible to shop as my job has gone.

                I placed an order on myntra and it was delievered on 24th june 2020. And i found that one of the product in the parcel was defective i. E. It contains 2 cuts one on the front side and other on the back side. As soon as i opened the parcel i found defective top and immediately i put up the return request on myntra support and the time gap between product recieved time and return request time was too small. And next day the courier pickup boy refused to take that defective product delievered by myntra. Then i contacted myntra customer care to raise my issue regarding return but it was rejected. Then i again contacted myntra to ask about the status of cancellation of return and they told that they will not take this product which was already defective and sent by myntra. I requested them that i want to talk to higher authority regarding this return and they said i will recieve a call back within 24 hours but i have not recieved any call yet. So i request you to kindly contact myntra to take this defective product back and refund my amount as their is no mistake of mine because the product was already defective.

                  I placed an order for the amount ₹729 through myntra upi payment mode and the money has already been debited from my account however, the there is no sign of order being placed or processed for that particular transaction. Tele communication is not possible but myntra does not have any alternative to provide me assistance regarding this matter. I want my money back into my account or place that order correctly.
                  Giving you guys 5-7 business days to get my query resolved!

                      I ordered from myntra on 21June 2020 at 10:27AM by google pay and the transaction id is[protected] of payment Rs. 1949. My payment got debited from the bank account and the order was not confirmed. There has been no refund till date and no related information of that refund .please resolve my issue ASAP.

                        I had ordered this kurta set for rs. 2949 from myntra.com but due to size issue had to return it. All its tags were intact and original packing present. myntra refused the pick up saying product is dirty and stained because of two black dots present on the trousers. These were already present when the product was delivered. I am returning the product in original unused condition but myntra.com refuses to accept. This is cheating. Why should I have to pay for an over size product that was stained when delivered?
                        Please help.

                          Hi,

                          this is regarding 2 products from brands HRX and 2GO under order no.[protected]-4852503. I have recieved the order on 22nd May 2020 and i have created the return due to misfit on 29th May 2020 but it got reshipped to me due to some vague reasons of missing tags and packing. I had multiple calls with myntra regarding the return and they agreed that the reshippment is wrong and done mistakenly. They promised to resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours of each call. But its 26 JUN 2020 today but i have recieved no communication from them. Products are lying with unused unopened. I am tired doing calls again and again. and The now the return period is also going to be over soon. Kindly help.

                              I am not satisfied with the answers given by the customer service. I need a proper answer as to when will they give me a ball which is in good condition. I am not liable in any way for the damages caused to the ball.so I should get a ball in good condition. It costs 4000 and I need the ball at any cost..                                 I had ordered an Adidas football worth rupees 3999.. After receiving it, i found that the ball was an used ball.The weight of the ball was very light and the bladder of the ball was worn out and there were dark brown patches all over the ball.It seemed that the ball was used by someone for quite a long time and then that person had returned it to myntra..I immediately called up the customer service and told him to apply for exchange as I had received a used ball. When the delivery guy came to exchange the ball and take the used ball, after seeing the ball he claimed that I had did it by myself so he can't take away the ball..I told him that I have the pictures and the mail that I had sent to the customer service showing that I had received a defective ball..He told he did not get any PP. After that I again contacted the customer service and told them the whole issue..They again gave me the same answer claiming that they are lodging a complaint against this and my issue will be resolved within 28th June.. Today I got an email from myntra stating that the quality department has checked my status of the ball which was being delivered stating that the ball was in good intact condition before delivery therefore my request has been declined.. Again I called up the customer service and they told they will re send a mail to investigate once again by the quality department regarding the condition of the ball before delivery. I need a new ball at any cost. I am going to lodge a complaint against u guys in consumer forum. 4000 rupees in vain.Such fraud company.

                                        I have purchased the derss from myntra.com with 985 rupess on 31 May 2020 . The Value of the shirt is 985 rupees . I have made a complain that the size of dress is not matching as well as the dress is damged so they have send me courier person to pick up the product but at the same time of pick up the customer care agent is saying that the seril number is not matching . I have given the complaint to the customer care .Ihave followed up the myntra several times but they are allys told me looking into the issue on 25/06/2020 they are saying the product is not damged . So closing the issue . Without checking how can they say like this and also fitting is having problem and seril number is not matching they ware not refunding please help .
