This is regarding the order number[protected]-3431903 along with return number rid_[protected] and waybill number[protected]. So myntra sent me a wrong and a damaged product and i has raised a complaint as soon as i had received it. The product was picked up the very next day during the first half. But, the issue started after this. Myntra picked up my product and put my refund on hold and has been harassing me since then. Upon texting them on instagram they told me i will be contacted by their customer care but no one called. The app shows that they put my refund on hold because the product did not pass the quality check - the wrong product that they had sent me in the first place. How on earth is that my fault? It has been almost four days now but to no avail. I still did not receive any kind of resolution from their end nor did they refund my money. Myntra has been giving the worst service lately. They dont cooperate and harass customers whenever there is a refund issue. I am at my wits end because i am facing this for the third time from their end. Please look into this matter.

    I had placed an order on myntra and my payment of rs.1945.80 was deducted for the same but i cannot see the order in my order nor i am getting any message regarding that i tried calling the myntra customer care but of no use

      Yesterday i received the product that i ordered to myntra a week ago and surprisingly the product that i ordered was not there and the package was empty with only some side accessories in it.
      My order id is[protected]-3271403.

      For the same, a mail was written within 24 hours with all proof in that mail consisting of pictures to [protected]@myntra.com but no response has been received from myntra's side.

        I haven't received my refund, n i did return the product days ago. I called customer care, and they used to always give the same excuse 2-3 days, it would be refunded.
        It has been half a month, they haven't...
        Is this the # way u deal with ur customer n their promblem. There are 2 products and still u haven't payed back..
        This was really disappointing...
        Just u r irritating ur customer like a piece of #...
        Atleast now i request u to please give my refund back... I[censored] have even a bit of due respect n are on ur words of so called reputed online site, please don't play with us more... And refund it

          I had initiated a return for 4 h&m products and the return was picked up successfully on the 9th of june. They have made a refund of only 1 product.

            I have ordered almost 12 products during myntra sale which was from 19- 21 june 20.
            But i received almost 5 wrong product and wrong sizes. When i tried to return they are no accepting stating its not matching the actual product. Whereas im returning the item stating that i have received a wrong product and wrong size. Since i have mentioned that i have received wrong product, its not that product which i have ordered so i wish to return. How it will match. When product is actually wrongly sent by myntra. Myntra is harrasing customers by sending wrong products and when customer tries to return then they dont accept and hold the refund.

            Mistake is done by myntra, customer paid for the their liked product not for wrong product.
            Their email doesn't work, call center doesn't work. Its a one way communication, keep booking call and keep waiting. If you are lucky you will get a call else keep waiting keep booking.
            Email was purposely shut as it will increase accountability. They are making money by cheating customers by sending wrong products. They are using pandemic as an excuse for their wrong doings. Purposely they are sending wrong products so that they don't have to refund money.
            Its a cheating site only to cheat customers.

              Writing with respect to order no:[protected]-4419701,

              The issue that i have experienced was: i had ordered this biba dress for my wife for her birthday. Till date havent received any updates regarding the same. Contacting customer care is of no help as they're asking to wait till 3rd july which i cant do as my wife's birthday is on 2nd july only. I just need a confirmation from myntra is there any possibility or hope that i will receive my order before 2nd july. Giving big big ads even in this pandemic situation and making peoples to purchase online is of no use when u cant give just an update or confirmation.

                Dear team,

                I can't exchange my recent order on myntra due to i mistakenly claimed my insider points. I purchased puma shoees which i want to exchnage as i have size issue. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

                I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

                      There were some products which i returned to myntra before lockdown and i choose it as myntra credits. But now situation has changed o can't shop with that money and want myntra to refund my money to my bank account. But they are forcing me to do shopping. Kindly help. It's not possible to shop as my job has gone.

                              I placed an order on myntra and it was delievered on 24th june 2020. And i found that one of the product in the parcel was defective i. E. It contains 2 cuts one on the front side and other on the back side. As soon as i opened the parcel i found defective top and immediately i put up the return request on myntra support and the time gap between product recieved time and return request time was too small. And next day the courier pickup boy refused to take that defective product delievered by myntra. Then i contacted myntra customer care to raise my issue regarding return but it was rejected. Then i again contacted myntra to ask about the status of cancellation of return and they told that they will not take this product which was already defective and sent by myntra. I requested them that i want to talk to higher authority regarding this return and they said i will recieve a call back within 24 hours but i have not recieved any call yet. So i request you to kindly contact myntra to take this defective product back and refund my amount as their is no mistake of mine because the product was already defective.

                                I placed an order for the amount ₹729 through myntra upi payment mode and the money has already been debited from my account however, the there is no sign of order being placed or processed for that particular transaction. Tele communication is not possible but myntra does not have any alternative to provide me assistance regarding this matter. I want my money back into my account or place that order correctly.
                                Giving you guys 5-7 business days to get my query resolved!

                                    I ordered from myntra on 21June 2020 at 10:27AM by google pay and the transaction id is[protected] of payment Rs. 1949. My payment got debited from the bank account and the order was not confirmed. There has been no refund till date and no related information of that refund .please resolve my issue ASAP.

                                      I had ordered this kurta set for rs. 2949 from myntra.com but due to size issue had to return it. All its tags were intact and original packing present. myntra refused the pick up saying product is dirty and stained because of two black dots present on the trousers. These were already present when the product was delivered. I am returning the product in original unused condition but myntra.com refuses to accept. This is cheating. Why should I have to pay for an over size product that was stained when delivered?

                                        Hi,

                                        this is regarding 2 products from brands HRX and 2GO under order no.[protected]-4852503. I have recieved the order on 22nd May 2020 and i have created the return due to misfit on 29th May 2020 but it got reshipped to me due to some vague reasons of missing tags and packing. I had multiple calls with myntra regarding the return and they agreed that the reshippment is wrong and done mistakenly. They promised to resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours of each call. But its 26 JUN 2020 today but i have recieved no communication from them. Products are lying with unused unopened. I am tired doing calls again and again. and The now the return period is also going to be over soon. Kindly help.
