Dear team,
I can't exchange my recent order on myntra due to i mistakenly claimed my insider points. I purchased puma shoees which i want to exchnage as i have size issue. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.
I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.
