Dear concern,

I had placed an online order#[protected]As per attachment) for apple iphone 6s 64gb on 11th march, 2016. I choose to pay in advance through my credit card, just on faith of syberplace is indian company. I got confirmatory mail & sms from bank that amount has been debit successfully by syberplace, but from your side (Syber place) i didn't got any update or response, not even single confirmation via sms or email. On my syber place account its only showing pending payment status.
Today is 14th march 2016 and i have still not received any dispatch detail from the company. I had written 2 mails & drop more than 4-5 voice mail on [protected] but received no revert from the customer care. I had called 30-40 times on there landline number[protected], but no one picked the call.

Dear concern, this is not first complaint which submit to you, why you people make that kind of companies so easy to do these kind of fraud with people who trust easily.

This is to request you all, kindly let my money back, because its not a small amount.

As you purchased the product on 2/13/2016 which doesn't belong to happy hour deal. Hence cash back will not be applicable for your order.

      I have ordered a ray ban golden frame shads in this f...n company, the product has been delivered after 12 days of order and when I saw it was local ray ban and not the branded one which I paid 999 rs

      it's not worth for 150rs also .and I raised complaint in customer care abut a month ago, till now no response from there side

              Sorry for the inconvenience.

              All the Paytm & Non-Paytm redemptions are processed only after verifying for return/cancellations. This will take a maximum of 4-12 weeks. You can check your purchases for the expected verification date.

              As you must be aware all the e-commerce stores have around 30 days return day policy after purchasing the products. So we have to verify for the product returns from our partner stores & update the purchases "verification status". Only after this verification we can allow for redemptions.

              We are sorry but as per the company policy and so far we have not received any update regarding your purchase from your seller. Once we receive any update for sure your coins will be confirmed. Please allow us couple of days.

                                  As per our data, you have purchased the products (limeroad - [protected], Amazon -(#[protected]) on Dec 28th 2015 where in Happy hour cash back event will be held on only Sunday from 12.00 PM - 1.00 PM and Dec 28th 2015 is Monday. So, cash back is not applicable for the same.

                                      MySmartPrice has happy hour deals on every sunday from 12 to 1. They trick people into buying stuff by offering a cashback within one month. When user buys stuff, they debit the user's bank account with the complete amount. When user asks about the cashback by mailing them, they give unrealistic explanations not to give the cashback. I request necessary actions to be taken against this fraud website to save more people from falling into their trap. I also request to help me get my cashback of the product which I was tricked into buying. This is the reply I got when I mailed them asking for my cashback: Dear Sona, Thank you for contacting mysmartprice.com. Please ignore the previous mail. The happy hour cash back is applicable for following stores, Trendin, Limeroad, Amazon, Coke2home, Zopnow, India rush, Koovs. We don't put Flipkart deals in cashback deals . so cashback is not applicable on Flipkart . best wishes, MySmartPrice Team
