They provide happy hours deals every sunday at 12pm to 1 pm. under which they provide various items in Rs 1. From the past two weeks they are fooling us by not activating the deals on time and activating first on mobile and app. In app there too there are just half the product listed. They started their deals on desktop version at 12.40 pm today and removed all the important products which were listed there before. They just wasted our time. Please take the necessary actions so that they wont waste our time and provide the right information about their deals.

We deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. You are our valued customer and we never intend to cause you any trouble.

The happy hour event will be held on every Sunday from 12.00 PM - 1.00 PM. Request you to check your internet connection and try to clear all the cookies in your PC. Refresh the page if you have found that happy hour event is not started after 12.00 PM on Sunday.

But, please consider this as isolated case. Believe us, this doesn't occur generally with MSP.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

      Good evening Sir/Medam. Dear Sir when I was browsing FACEBOOK there is a ADVERTISEMENT as GET PRODUCTS @ Rs.1 only(Only On APPLICATION). When I entered in that application there is no such offers. They are not giving anything @ Rs.1. Actually they are frauding with consumers. They must be punished with HUGE FINE. There Consumers also commented there feelings about that fraud company. Consumers commenting as this is totally fraud as well as fake. Kindly punish them by HUGE FINE.         I purchased a mobile phone from FLIPKART and a laptop from PAYTM. I purchased both the item which was listed on mysmartprice.com and the link was redirected to the parent sites. It was said that if i purchase these item i will get MSP coins which is equivalent to money. My total purchase amount comes to INVOICE #: 44471/[protected] Rs. 62290 + Rs. 13000 Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected]. Total comes to Rs. 75290. i have to get more than 2000 coins but its still not been credited to my account. I have raised a complaint 2 months before still no use don know what to do.

          I am sending a lot of mails but mysmartprice.com r not responding last 2 months they pls wait 7 days but we still not credit a msp points mysmartprice is fake customer time wasting i give a details of my complaints

          Same e mails i recived last 1 1/2 months but still not credit a MSP points this website is fake just u think about ur mysmartprice.com u r pepole lot of times sending this emails but problem was not retified First correct u r system & educated ur customer care care officer how to reslove customer issue and once again i will tell u pls dont send this type of emails why means ur not resloved my problem last 45 days

            Dear Team, I have been bluffed for order I placed as suggested by Smart Price . Please check the link : http://www.mysmartprice.com/mobile/iball-slide-brace-x1-16gb-(wi-fi-3g)-msp6135 I was happy while doing the payment as it shows this tab of 10.1 inch, 13 mp front and 5 mp rear camera for 8999. I did the payment . When the invoice came it came for some different tab with 6.95 inch screen, 5 mp front and 2 mp rear camera. This is highly unacceptable . Ebay says that it is the fault of smart price as it is displaying wrong product at wrong price. I tried to cancel my transaction but I am not even getting that facility also .
