I serviced my vehicle tn25ax6566 on my tvs service centre coimbatore .
General oil service after delivered a vehicle, while driving heared weired noise & vehicle shutoff on middle of the door only droven 4 kms . I got support after 3 hrs and they said battery failure. So I ask them to deliver the vehicle . They delivered vehicle without fitted battery tray, engine cover & air intake pi not pe etc .
I changed battery myself & fitted all the above & drive the vehicle just few meters I heard a weired noise in rear right side wheel .I stopped & checked it . The wheel started coming out of the position. So icalled again the next day they came & told me that the wheel bearing gone . I so frustrated & exhausted.
In your advise there is a word that bearing is week not having a word that not unusable. I personally asked your adviser is that the vehicle is OK, he said that can use.
When they dismandling the wheel I saw there is no inner bearing ball & completely worn out .they positioned the nut reversely .
They ask me the charge for changing bearing 7000 + 1200. This happend on 2- 08-23 .
Note : Before I gave my vehicle there is no issues in battery & wheel bearing .
Now I changed battery for 5000rs .
I ask them to send a quote still now I didn't get it.
So if the mail also not get any attention I will proceed legally .
