MyTVS — Car service Day light Robbery

Booked for my car service yesterday night in Bangalore for mytvs. Pick up was scheduled at 8am morning and taken to hulimavu. Did as scheduled. However service engineer called to check the parts required to be changed n cost. Whopping Rs35000/-. I called to confirm to go ahead with normal service as booked. Checked with him.he said done oil change, all top up of coolant, cleaning of brake shoes, dry cleaning, cabin vaccum cleaning, tyre polishing, outside cleaning. Payment by QR code. If done will deliver it. So I paid immediately, all of this in the afternoon itself.Car not sent when I called at 5.30 pm sent the car at 7.30pm. To my surprise bonnet door not cleaned at all rear dikki remains dirty all doors are shabby...I have doubt if even the car was checked at all. They charged me for parking at their end without even doing anything as offered online called service.
