Last month, I booked for a service request for my new Honda activa, In Bangalore, after several follow ups, they arranged to pick up the vehicle thru a contract driver, it was picked up st 8 Am in the morning, but, even, after 4 hrs, thats till 12 pm, no one either called or tried to confirm, if they, received my vehicle, it had Two lines ( about 2Ltrs petrol). pick up guy never have any receipt nor i received any message grom MyTVS. I have given my car xuv 500 for service after the several follow ups of mytvs service center person. After that I have given my car for service... None of the service person were attending my calls and responding to the calls and not even job card was given in full one day....

I serviced my car numbered TN09BP3433 at myTVS -Medavakkam -chennai on 28th of September'23 and it was delivered by mytvs same day by 8.30pm

But they returned the car in damaged condition after service and they have not replaced the bulb as mentioned in the bill. So after receiving my car i reported to mytvs team regarding this issue and they sent the technician the very next day to replace the rear bulb. but they have not...

General oil service after delivered a vehicle, while driving heared weired noise & vehicle shutoff on middle of the door only droven 4 kms . I got support after 3 hrs and they said battery failure. I gave my vehicle for that, but service was very pathetic.
When I Tried to reach the service engineer Karthick/Arul and telecaller Priya, they are not responding my call.

TUV300 Vehicle was given for express survey and they found the problems in oil cooler damaged and upper and lower arms broken.

The Mytvs reps keep calling me everyday from different numbers sometimes at the middle of the night, sometimes at 8 am on a Sunday. It was my worst mistake to take a trail of their service. Now they have started bombarded me with spam calls. This is my work number and I have elders and kids at home who feel annoyed when I raise my voice on such spam callers and they just have fun. Their service speaks for itself which is eqally ridiculous....
