Booking id 3213467 Terrible experience.Gave my swift dzire for service and body shop work.Vehicle was returned silently with a big dent which was not there before. When i called and asked, initially they said they will check the photos taken before pickup and if true, will rectify it.I conclusively proved that the dent was not there before, using their own photos.After this the vehicle coordinator Prabha stopped picking my calls.Another staff Prashanth tells me that prabha is refusing to come on the line and he is helpless. Finally requested to connect to their manager mr. Murugan. This too was not done till end. Overall i was treated like a beggar.

    I gave my car to general service and asked for checkup the ac is not working form past two days, mytvs adviser called informed that ac coil has mild gas leakage problem even if gas filled up it will be working next 3months and he promoted to change the coil along with its setup it would cost about 10600+ tax, then i asked for gas filling rate he said 1000rs. So i asked just fill the gas for now will change the coil later. Adviser committed fill the gas. Total bill amount was 4628/- paid too. Driveu delivery person rang me and saying that ac is not working i can’t even drive the in rain windshield completely fogged, i told to driver return the car to mytvs garage itself driver left the car in garage. I called to mytvs adviser and asked why ac is not working you said that ac will be working for min 3month what happen adviser replied gas leakage got developed i don’t know and he charged for gas even he said that they checked with filling nitrogen and found the problem. Then how leakage got developed while delivery. He didn’t even inspect properly given wrong advice so i asked for my payback for gas filling charge the entire branch staff's not even picking my calls denying for payback now it’s been three days still they didny deliver my car also very worst service experience ever in my life fed up with mytvs service and staff.

      I am gave my car( TN09 BV 3263) for general service and paint work on 24th of Oct'23.it`s almost 10 days completed but THERE IS NO RESPONSE

      Even I try to contact to reach co-ordinator but he denied my call upfront it's very disappoint and stressful.

        I left my car TN10 AV4936 for service on Monday(9/10/23).They gave me false promise that they will deliver my car the next day. But They delivered my car back to me only by Friday (13/10/23) after so many calls, visit and followups. I am very much upset of my car service after paying Rs.25000.. they checked and said all lights were working fine and they changes few. But nothing changed. Back light was not working I changed yesterday..
        They said they changed engine oil..but indication showing red. And no water filled.
        Front AC adjustment lights and door lights are not working now.
        In AC motor full of papers..I cleaned yesterday from local mechanic.still in 3 and 4 AC adjustment noise are more.
        Fuel indication is not working.
        Wiper fluid not filled.

        Uncessarily changed rotar blades and breaks but not done any changes to the service which I asked for.. Please refund all my money.
        Very worst service this time. Really not satisfied.

            I have done service last month peridicol maintenance they told interior vaccum ac air filter cleaning oil filter replacement but nothing has done properly they are not responding properly very worst service I have complaint already through what's app and this complaint forum also but here I have not get response

              They did not service the complaint of engine crank indicator, informed it was heat plug issue and said they changed the heat plug and charged me 5000 for it. The same problem was there, for that they said it was they could not remove one heat plug because of which that issue. Then why charged me.

              Total bill was around 30000 they charged fraudulent way of earning they have did

                Nothing is checking in your General service, Doing only an oil change will not cost 1300, and you guys are trying to cheat the CUSTOMER by saying all internal parts are checked.

                I raised a complaint that one of my accessories was broken and the chain was not cleaned, You guys said you would come and resolve the problem, but still no one reached me to resolve the problem. and the SUPPORT team is always ignoring my calls without reason.
                Never ever call for any service going further, useless and ### service done.

                    I have given a car brezza GJ36F6197 for repair and servicing at My TVS, sector 75, gurgaon, Haryana. I was promised the car would be delivered within 4-5 days but it got delayed for entire week and then more. Now it is almost a 2 weeks and car is still not delivered. The executive are so inconsiderate and unresponsive that they r not even responding to any calls or text regarding the query and it been 3-4 days I m not able to get an answer leave about car. And they are so so unprofessional that they even drop the call in btw a call just to avoid any more conversation which happened 3-4 times over 2-3 calls which was responded in first week

                      I had given my baleno car for service yesterday at Mytvs workshop in guindy ..I asked them to do general service and to change front wiper blades alone ..They were constantly arguing to change brake disc n brake pad as it was a safety issue which I denied ..when they handed over the car in the evening, I was shocked to see that they haven’t done the service properly ..they haven’t cleaned the front banot and they haven’t cleaned AC filter ..Strict action to be taken against manager muthulakshmi and supervisor Vijay at Mytvs guindy

                        Last month, I booked for a service request for my new Honda activa, In Bangalore, after several follow ups, they arranged to pick up the vehicle thru a contract driver, it was picked up st 8 Am in the morning, but, even, after 4 hrs, thats till 12 pm, no one either called or tried to confirm, if they, received my vehicle, it had Two lines ( about 2Ltrs petrol). pick up guy never have any receipt nor i received any message grom MyTVS. I was totally in panic. Ultimately, after about 5 hrs (at 1pm), i received whats up, saying that, all my bikes internal parts needs to be changed and cost about 7k plus. I was shocked, somehow, i requested them to do the oil change & gen service and return my vehicle. I feel, you have no control over your franchaise and thus your reputation is at stake. I will never go with you again nor I will alert the general public to avoid dealings with you., Thanks

None of the service person were attending my calls and responding to the calls and not even job card was given in full one day.

                            Worst Service by myTVS and Damaged my Car

                            I serviced my car numbered TN09BP3433 at myTVS -Medavakkam -chennai on 28th of September'23 and it was delivered by mytvs same day by 8.30pm

                            But they returned the car in damaged condition after service and they have not replaced the bulb as mentioned in the bill. So after receiving my car i reported to mytvs team regarding this issue and they sent the technician the very next day to replace the rear bulb. but they have not...

                            Car service Day light Robbery

                            Booked for my car service yesterday night in Bangalore for mytvs. Pick up was scheduled at 8am morning and taken to hulimavu. Did as scheduled. However service engineer called to check the parts required to be changed n cost. Whopping Rs35000/-. I called to confirm to go ahead with normal service as booked.                             I have done car service couple of days back in mytvs.. after the service for 86000 paid some of service which I have paid has not done and after the payment not responding to my call interior lamp I changed for 1650INR but it is not working and company has lost the fuel cap.. asking for the solutiong but no response

                              Car general service turned me to hell

                              I serviced my vehicle tn25ax6566 on my tvs service centre coimbatore .
                              General oil service after delivered a vehicle, while driving heared weired noise & vehicle shutoff on middle of the door only droven 4 kms . I got support after 3 hrs and they said battery failure. So I ask them to deliver the vehicle . They delivered vehicle without fitted battery tray, engine cover & air intake pi not pe etc .
                              I changed battery myself...

                              Poor Service Experience: I had very bad experience with the workshop's service. My issues was with the quality of work, unsatisfactory customer service.

                              Lack of Ownership: The mechanic and the manager at the MyTVS Ambattur workshop failed to take ownership. My car was fine but after service my power window was not working. My concerns was they did not accept responsibility for the problems or mistakes that occurred during the servicing process.

                              Attempts to Hide Mistakes: The staff at the workshop allegedly tried to hide their mistakes rather than addressing them openly and finding solutions. This lack of transparency can further erode trust between the customer and the service provider. My power window was not working, i found myself. the mechanic never shared with me. The driver from 3rd party shared the truth that when he asked the same in workshop then they said just drop it in customer place as it was like this before...

                              Unresponsive Customer Care: The customer tried to contact the workshop's customer care number[protected] but was unable to reach anyone.

                              I spoiled my 1 week... I will never suggest to go MyTVS workshop.

                                I serviced my renault kwid on 24/7/2023. Job card ref is RJC-KAMB[protected]. Your staff Ms. Sneha mob no [protected] contacted me & made lot of promises and after the vehicle is sent for service, she did not even pick up the calls despite my repeated attempts. She promised that complete scanning and details of service done with evidence, any other faults attending and service incharge conveying other possible service requirements to me. Nothing has happened and i doubt what kind of service was done to my car as there is no evidence at all. I work in TVS group in a senior position and i never expected such a poor service from MyTVS . G-omechnic used to give a complete and service update and Mytvs does not meet even the basics . Pathetic.
