I booked a car service at myTVS.in after looking at their advertisement on Facebook on 23.08.22. I booked a time slot on the same day at 14:00 Hrs. But there was no Ticket number or any reference number shared for the service. After some time, I received a call from [protected], showing his name as R. Prakash at True caller. He asked me when the car could be picked up, and I replied, that by 14:00 Hrs, they could pick it up. But, nobody came to pick up the vehicle on the day. Meanwhile, I got to know from their website about their service centers in Kolkata, the city for which the service was booked, which I came to know, that they only have one, and that too around 30 km away from my place.
The next day, on 24.08 I tried to call their customer care, which was located in Tamil Nadu and they were speaking in Tamil, which I had no clue about. The only thing, they spoke in English was, we'll call you, but the call never came. At the end of that day around the evening, I got a call from the same number of Mr. R. Prakash (at least as per the True caller), saying they will pick it up by 25.08. But with their way of working, I understood, that they don't have any service to provide, only they are fooling me over a prepaid order. Also, I had a fear, that if they will at all pick the car, I could have lost my car, as their service was more like a 'Fly by Night' till that time. Thus I demanded a refund.
On 25.08, Mr. Prakash called me and informed, me that I should send a mail about a refund to [protected]@gobumper.com, as that is their support mail ID. Though there was no name of myTVS.in to it, still I sent a mail to it, only to find that the mail sent to that particular mail ID gets bounced. Aside, Prakash also stops picking up the call.
Now my requirement is to get the money back to the source. Any help will be appreciated.
