This is with reference to a horrible experience that I am facing with myTVS center in Kalkere Bangalore, regarding my car Mahindra Xylo that I had given for service on 6th of Sep'22
The booking ID of the service is #2251733, PFA.. the same
I have been estimated bill of INR 89620 and the car has not been delivered since 15 days now as the service center has damaged my car in terms of
1) Power window panel of Driver seat
2) Glove box rubber mat
3) Wheel cover plates
The vehicle was picked on 6th September and was promised to deliver the vehicle on 10th September however it was not completed and was told that it will be delivered on 17th September, when I had visited I noticed all the above mentioned damages
I was told it was a mishap from their end and they will replace this and they would need a couple of days more
However now they are stating that there unable to get the required parts for replacement and asking to clear the payment for the delivery of the vehicle
I have been following up multiple times with the advisor Amrit and Vivek who claim to be the front office manager and the customer care to revert back with the solution from past 3 days and no positive response except apologies and sorry for the damage caused.
I don’t need sorry or apologies, I need a response to understand why would I have to take back the damages caused by the service center without replacing it.
I have been driving since 25 years owning many multibrand cars and have never faces such a careless and poor customer service.
The one and only reason I had given my vehicle to myTVS is with an assumption and belief on the brand image that I will not face any hassle, however this has become a nightmare in terms of following up to get my car back in the correct condition as committed.
Is the service center managed by only mechanics ?
Is the customer support only for booking the car service?
Is there any escalation matrix and any responsible individual from the management available to reach out to me and address my issue and deliver by vehicle back.?
