I gave my Tata Tiago XZ Diesel Car TN02BK5322 service at My Tvs Ambattur on 6.12.22 Morning Pickup from My Tvs only.. I received an SMS stating car reached service center and in few hours concern mechanic/agent called and said only Car Ac Valve issue.. I asked when it will be done, , They said it will be intimated soon...Till evening i waited for the call, but no one bothered to inform so i called up and asked the person ( ShepenRaj) he said concerned part not available so will take another two days.. I said I need car since I have lots of commitments. He asked to make Rs.1238 as charges.. I never asked why you have charged this amount for not finishing up my work.. But no response. They itself delivered the car, but improper service was done, Filter, Exhaust unit was removed and delivered.. Since the next day 7.12.22 I have kept asking them about the follow up.. Shipping Raj went on leave, then i pushed to contact Dhayanand who is not even bothered to pick up my call at any point of time.. So I went directly to the Ambatur My Tvs service on 8.12.2022 and was made to wait for 45 mins and still not my issue resolved. i called again to Shenpenraj for the same issue, but he said I am torturing him by making calls to him regarding service, Now I even have contacted My Tvs customer care since 9.12.22 & Today.. But no one from their side called up regarding the same. I don't know why such poor customer care and poor service by MYTVS Ambattur.. I have already given many services, but this is the worst service I have never done before.. Please take necessary action.. I am very upset and tired from this service @ My Tvs Ambattur.

      I have booked service for interior cleaning and detailing on 3rd Dec. A telecaller called and asked me to included express service as well for which i agreed. Then a technican from service point called and recommended for engine oil change as well. I agreed for the same as well. Yesterday (06-Dec) the technician called and informed that interior detailing cannot be done and other services are done. He didn't have any answers when I asked why this was not informed immediately when the vehicle reached the garage. I request for immediate intervention of the concern authorities and help me resolve this immediately.

        Hi,
        I wanted a Car Wash with interior cleaning and through internet I came across MyTVS car service. I gave them the call and I was told about the various plans. I chose Car Spa and enquired if it could be delivered the same as I needed the vehicle the next day.I was assured of it and so I booked . The next day the driver had come in the morning around 10 am to pick and left it at the service center by 11 AM. I was told the mechanic will give me a call and it came only by aroung 3pm. I was then told it cant be done today and can be done only by the next day afternoon, I told if it for the next day I would like the car delivered today as I need it for the next day. They cut the call and after some time I was told that it can be delivered the same day night, I aggreed to it. Around 6:30pm I got a call from mechanic saying the wash is almost going to get over and he also mentioned that the power window was not working, Before I gave the car it was working and fully functional untill the day before and the driver had also used in the morning when dropping the car and it was fully functional. So the issue had happened while at the service center and I had asked only for a water wash. This is totally not acceptable and I kindly request to look into it and do the needful.

          Sir, I have given my bike for service. Initially it had 2.5 litre of petrol . but when it was returned only half litre petrol was there. The trip1 was 12 km initially. Finally when I collected the bike it was 72 km . so July bike has been miss used my the service guys. And even bike service was also not done properly. They charged me 1450 Rs for general service.y bike was better before service. Now it is worst. Please need refund of my amount.

            My Activa vehicle was serviced 10days back with my tvs Chrompet.
            They billed that they have changed brake shoes, air filter, engine oil and sparkpluk.
            I suspect they have not changed any thing because my vehicle having the same problem about pick up. And i complaint about the stiffness of handlebar fork.
            But they never attended about the fault.
            They have done worst service, I had doneever before and charged high.

              After several follow-ups from MyTvs representatives, I gave my vehicle (Yamaha Ray) for general service. This vehicle was taken by an outsourced rider named "Drive U, " who picked up my vehicle on October 7th at 12:45 p.m. The vehicle was delivered the same day with an invoice value of Rs. 3431/- (General Service, Airfilter, and Battery) - see attached invoice. But I'm sorry to say that my fuel gauge was fine when I picked it up, but after delivery it stopped working, no cleaning, and the air pressure was only 17. I couldn't figure out the checking mechanism. I've escalated; please see the chat communication.

              After a week, one mechanic arrived and attempted to resolve the issue; he was unable to do so and informed me that the entire odameter set needed to be changed, and he warned me that if I did not close the complaint, he would be charged. I'm not sure why you're charging these poor guys. He returned after a long struggle and delivered the vehicle without resolving the issue.

              I need my problem resolved, but I don't know how to check with a reputable company like TVS. I had given up on TVS. This is absolute cheating from the reputed organization, why the customer need to suffer because of your lack of checking system in place.

                Waste of a service from My Tvs service centre, Medavakkam, Chennai.

                I gave my Jawa classic vehicle for a general service and some additional issues to the service centre. From those issues, they didn't even resolve one issue but they charged 5, 150 rs. for service which is not at all a fair price for this ### service given. Inexperienced technicians, rude CUSTOMER clarification received from My Tvs side. Shut down your ### service centres and stop scamming, cheating your CUSTOMERs for your own greed...

                I gave my car for full body paint and they did it. But when they delivered the vehicle back at my residence. They misplaced the care boot mat and when I observed more closely i found that the paint quality was so poor that there were bubbles, there over painted areas, scratches, paint peeling off. This was all in 3 days after the vehicle was delivered. I called the Supervisor Pasha he was reluctant to answer my calls, then i went to the service center RR Nagar Bangalore. I was calling him from close range and he was deliberately not answering my calls.
                Later on I escalated it to the Customer care they gave Mr. Balaram’s number. Initially he sounded like helping but now even he stopped answering my calls and doesnt respond to my whats app message.

                This one of the worst places to leave your car for service.

                  I am David from Kotturpuram Chennai. I gave my father in law's duster car TN02 BJ5488 on Oct 21 due to AC issue and the MyTVS Guindy team said compressor and condenser are faulty and changed for new (INR 25K paid). Within a year, we got AC issue again and we resubmitted the vehicle. They again said that compressor failed and the WARRANTY IS JUST 6 MONTHS AND and cannot be claimed. Lesser warranty period was not communicated to us while the first change in Oct 21 and now asking us to pay again around 24K.

                  This is absolute stupidity to change compressor every 6 months for 24K each time and nobody could even digest that. We are not ready to get back the vehicle without the compressor change free of cost.

                  Need your earliest intervention on the same.

                    I had checked with myTVS for AC Servicing of my Tata Manza car.
                    Upon inspection I was informed that the AC assembly Evaporator has to be replaced which costed ~ Rs. 7000.
                    To replace the same, I was informed it requires to remove and refit the Dashboard, for which the charges were Rs. 4000 + GST.
                    While I agreed to go for the same, they had done a shoddy job of fixing the Dash board. The media player is not fixed properly and is protruding outside.
                    When reached out to the Service Advisor, he informed that all his technicians are busy.
                    Now he has stopped responding to my calls.

                      My car met with an accident and I gave my car for repair with insurance claim. Front damage. It took 1 month for the repair. I was asked to come and pickup the car. When I called to confirm the same the person said there is one more repair and it cost 3000rs. After discussion I said ok. After one week I called and asked for the response and I was again told to come and pickup. I called the next day before going for a confirmation. As usual the person said there is one more repair and I will cost 5000rs. After a bug discussion I said ok. After a week's time the service was done and I went and picked up the car. Once I come home I checked and found that 60% of the work was not done and the part which was done is not perfect. I called the person again and asked them to take it again and do it. At last it was done yesterday and I took the car. Below are the issues

                      1. Too much delay for everything. Even for fixing one part it is taking 2 days.
                      2. No response from the service person. I need to call them and ask for the status and no body even bother to call me from the service station.
                      3. Total check should have been done initially and all the issues should have been told at a time. It was not done 3 times I was told about different issues.
                      4. Service was not done properly. 60% of the work was not done. They gave it with even doing the service.
                      5. I was charged around 20000 and it took 1.5 months to get my car back. Thus is too much time

                      I want all the labor amount back as the service was not satisfying. Pls calculate and tell me. I need a call for thus compliant.

                          This is Naveen ([protected]) Customer service was good but you guys failed to provide the ultimate car service.
                          *Very first day after the car has been delivered It wasn’t starting. As checked it was fungus formed the battery which was not checked. It takes 5 minutes to remove and clean it using water (Not Done)
                          *Front right automatic power window doesnt go up its being intermittent.
                          *Water wash was not done properly
                          *No difference found in performance
                          *Found the engine guard/cap was not fixed properly.

                          LATER A MONTH NOW ITS COMING UP WITH A LOUD SOUND WHEN STARTING AMD ALSO KIND OF A BELT SOUND.

                          Seriously a pathetic service done. I have never experienced any of these issues unless I have given it to service with you guys.

                          Waste of money and time. Delivery was also not as expected.

                            I had left my car Tata Indigo for body painting, replacement of rear bumper, front windshield. Mr Rajendra (Works Manager) inspected the vehicle and said He will deliver the vehicle on 27th of August.

                            With severely reminders he has not given me the estimation and he started denting and painting works on my vehicle and kept do sending me the photo's of the vehicle.

                            Even till date he has not delivered the vehicle and he is now saying bumper not available.

                            I just went through some reviews of MyTVS RR nagar. I was surprised to see lot of customers has been cheated and work has not done satisfactory

                              Hello,

                              I gave mybike for serivce on saturday 2/8/2022, they did not attend any fault which i mentioned, also general service covers chain cleaning and lubrication. My bike chain is not cleaned, its very dirty, If i do cross check i will come to know were the new parts were changed, and no faults were attended, your technicians are fit for nothing, your technicians peoples are just fit for servicing bullcart. I Need my general service to be completed, i have paid amt of 3000/- for this ### serivice. Just warn them and adv to finish my service. You peoples are playing with CUSTOMERs money, and have in mind i am also working in email support team in an international process and i know how CUSTOMERs will get response for their emails. Your service supervisor is not attending my call, their co worker are not responding they only say you talk to my service supervisor.                                 I booked a car service at myTVS.in after looking at their advertisement on Facebook on 23.08.22. I booked a time slot on the same day at 14:00 Hrs. But there was no Ticket number or any reference number shared for the service. After some time, I received a call from [protected], showing his name as R. Prakash at True caller. He asked me when the car could be picked up, and I replied, that by 14:00 Hrs, they could pick it up. But, nobody came...

                                  Hello sir, This is regarding the car service done on 10.08.2022 at Bangalore RR Nagar mytvs. Since I have a trust towards the TVS company I thought my vehicle will be serviced with all my expectations. But unfortunately It was not correct. My vehicle had a brake issue and this was not informed to me. I started travelling to my native in my car on 11.08.2022 for a family function. It was around 12 midnight and my car brake was totally jammed and I was standing in the highways with my family. Then I called my friends and parked the vehicle roadside and the next day morning I hired a recovery vehicle and done my car service again. I spent nearly 15000 again due to this pathetic service. Nowadays gobumpr is spoiling the name of mytvs. This is due to the irresponsibility of the mytvs people who done the service. Actually they have not done anything. They have taken the vehicle on 09.08.2022 at 8.30 a, m. and after reaching the carriage they are informing me that since it was moharam no people was available on that day. very pathetic. Till date I am trying to find a resolution from the mytvs team which is not done.
