MyTVS — Worst Service by myTVS and Damaged my Car

Address:Medavakkam_Chennai

I serviced my car numbered TN09BP3433 at myTVS -Medavakkam -chennai on 28th of September'23 and it was delivered by mytvs same day by 8.30pm

But they returned the car in damaged condition after service and they have not replaced the bulb as mentioned in the bill. So after receiving my car i reported to mytvs team regarding this issue and they sent the technician the very next day to replace the rear bulb. but they have not bothered about the damage done to the team.

i tried to contact Mr. Mohameed nawfal ( [protected]) who is from Mytvs team however he is not picking up the phone and none is responding.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. If not, I will approach the consumer forum.
