Respected sir,
I like to inform you that there is an illegal construction on the road near by our neighbourhood . Now the rain water is flooing the road and cause the degu like dieases which is most dangerous . I registerd my complaints to the ward memeber itself but, no action have been taken place . Sir please keep in mind our health and take some action against it .

Respected Sir,
I am Rama Kapil, residing Opposite Kahate Gokhale Vyayam Shala Choti Dhantoli, Nagpur.
The drainage near my house is blocked due to rains and rain water does not drain quickly. We are facing trouble due to this. Kindly look into this matter and please clean these drainage.

It seems that Street lights are deliberately switched off exactly on midnight 12 at our place. Entire wathoda, Vidhya Nagar, behind Indira Devi town under dark since two/three days.
Please look into the matter seriously and resolve problem at the earliest.

Last January 5 puppies came in our colony.. we gave them food and they didn't leave after few months the dog gave birth to 4 more puppies and after few more months one of the puppy gave birth to 2 puppies so like this we have about 10-12 stray dogs in our colony and they keep barking day and night and they attract more dogs and they fight and run after each other.. kindly send someone to pick them up and send them to some nice shelter

Some of Street Lights are not working Near Plot No 96 Bank Colony Jaripatka, Nagpur from 15 days. Please do the needfull.

Also i want to pay your attention that there are no Electricity Poles in that area also please Release Letter has been provided in 2019 please do the needfull.

punjab national bank, ECOM[protected]D amount deducted is 3249 but not paid to NMC

Hi,

We are resident of Plot No 25, Hiranwar Layout, Near mayur kirana Store, Jaytala Road, Nagpur-36. we want to register a complaint regarding stray dogs roaming in our area. there are 5 to 6 dogs in our lane, they used to bark & run behind the people and children's, They already attacked 3-4 times to the passerby and injured them.

To avoid this incidences, We need urgent help on this complain, as we are living in fear might be they attack on our children or us.

I am the resident of dhantoli area near tilak vidyalaya Nagpur.In front of our building there is always garbage of plants, trees branches etc.but the sweeper never pick it up in his vehicle.its sitting there from past month n no one is picking the branches of the trees..please look into the matter.

In our locality Sewer and drainage pipeline is blocked from last 4-5 years. We have raised complaints multiple times but it's not resolved yet properly. Today's, 15 mins of rain was enough for drainage water to touch our doorsteps and the entire area was covered with drainage mud and garbage which came out from it. During the rainy season, this water comes inside our houses. Because it's not passing through the drainage pipeline system.
Also, It's reasoning to pollute the groundwater as well. Our and nearby water well got polluted because of leakage in sewer and drainage pipeline. A bad smell is coming from well water. Drainage water is not passing properly which creates a bad smell in the surrounding and it increases the mosquitos in our locality. Also, creating health issues.

Please send some seniors to inspect the condition. It required to repair and clean sewer and drainage pipeline systems properly. Temporary cleaning is not working in this case.

We hope that it will be resolved as soon as possible.

We are having trouble due to stray dogs and there are around 4-5 stray dog in our locality. Stray dogs keep barking, running after each other and fighting and they enter the house hold disturbing peace of the residents and specially during night hours their barking disturbs sleep of the resident. Stray dogs are also a threat to pet dogs of our locality when the owners take them for a walk. They look dangerous to the health and well being of the resident as well

Having issue of sevege chamber problem as water not following and coming out of chamber so lots of smell and residential near us also complaining for the same need to adress the issue Asap.

Hi, I am writing cause I've got 2 major issues:

1. Firstly, the garbage collection in my area is halted for more than a week now.

2. This is section is mostly regarding the behavior.
2. a.: The vehicle that is in charge of the collection isn't punctual. This implies that the vehicle might come during any time of the day, which includes from 7 am to 3 pm in the evening. There is no punctuality for the collection
2.b: My parents are old and retired, and we reside on the main road at CMPDI. And when he comes, he always rushes from the other end of the road. This means that in order to properly dispose of the garbage, my parents and other elderly people in the area has/have to run behind the guy for disposal.
To think about, CMPDI road is usually busy and any future accidents or misadventure would be this department's responsibility.
2.c: Even if we get a hold of the collector, the tank is always full. Where are we suppose to dump the garbage? It's never empty, and the guy is 'just shove it in.'

3. The driver and his assistant in the vehicle will only stop at those who would bribe them weekly. This means, in order to make them stop, residents of the society have to pay for incentives, or else they won't stop. For people who pay them weekly incentives, they would go to their house and collect the garbage responsibly, or else they won't care for the rest of others.

I am looking for the following answers:
1. Why is the no garbage collection happening since the past week? When will it resume?
2. If the vehicle is coming, then why is it not punctual?
3. Are we supposed to run behind the vehicle? Because it clearly seems that the guy has no chill, he rushes at a high speed and will only stop at those who bribe him.
4. Are we suppose to bribe the assistant and the driver, in the first place? If so, then I wonder what happens to all the taxes we pay! Well, talking about bribing, how much incentive are we supposed to pay?
5. The vehicle always comes from the other side of the road. What has to be done when the residents are elderly people and can't walk properly. They legit have to cross the road. Do we have a solution for this?

Dear Madam/Sir, this is to bring to your notice that the garbage collection is halted in Jaitala since last 1 week. As such the garbage is piling up and we have no clue where and how to dispose it. Could you please look into this matter urgently and ensure that the garbage collection service resumes immediately? Is there a number where we can reach at in case this issue is not resolved in a day?
