I have previously submitted a complaint for the same issue on 14/02/22 but submitting it again with more details to hopefully aid in the resolution.

I, Dr. Shanborlang Siangshai, User ID/Registration ID: PG018688 applied for Neet PG 2022 on 15th January 2022. I did the payment for the application using my sister's SBI Net banking first for ₹3255.9 and money got deducted but the application page was still showing payment pending. Then I did the payment again using my HDFC Net banking for ₹3261.80 and the payment portal displayed a message saying "We apologize that your transaction was not able to go through. Request you to please try again." But money again was deducted from the account and application page was still showing payment pending. Then I tried the payment for the 3rd time using UPI and it was successful.

The first 2 payments where money was deducted has still not been refunded from National Board of Examination. I have called their phone helpline[protected] numerous times and all they say is to email the details of the problem to [protected]@natboard.edu.in. The first 2 replies from this email was "We would inform you that, For Refund kindly Contact with your Respective Bank." Then recently after submitting the first complaint here on consumer complaints they replied to my latest email on 15/02/22 saying, "Dear Candidate,

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Sorry if there is any
inconvenience caused to you.

I have even sent them a letter in hard copy to their New Delhi address but till now no resolution and refund has still not come bank in the respective accounts. Also my sister's bank and my bank have been contacted regarding this same issue and both the banks have responded saying the biller's bank has received the payment on both occasions successfully and it is National Board of Examination who needs to ask their bank to kindly check regarding the payments.

Respected sir/madam... As i have applied for NBE fmge exam today 22 march 2022. Due to some technical issues exam fees debited two times from my account. my failed transaction amount Rs.7080. first time it was not successful and my money debited from my UPI GOOGLE PAY and i raised the complained to G-pay and they said need to contact NBE ( "money successfully sent to NBE") so, please check my failed transaction and credit the amount Rs.7080 as soon as possible...kindly do the needful. i have mentioned the transaction id below for your ref..,

        Hi Team,

        While submitting my application for Neet PG 2022 amount was deducted but the application was failed. I have done payment with another transaction method which was successful. I expected that amount that got deducted first will get refunded in some time but it hasn't. Please look into it.

          I Dr. Sneha, holding application ID : PG026431 in NEET pg 2022 registration. Made 2 transection of Rs. 4250 dated Jan 15th 2022, as it was showing 1st transection was unsuccessful. Later 2 nd transection it was showing successful ( 1st transection via gpay and 2 nd transection via kotak UPI )
          After contacting the bank I was told both transections were successful from there end and also charge back was rejected.

              Sir/madam

              I applied for neet pg 2022 on 15/1/2022 and tried to pay the fee via UPI which was provided in the site. Money was deducted from my account and still transaction status was showing pending. Again next morning I repaid another 4250 via debit card and it was successful. I sent mail to nbe and but the only reply was 'we will get back to you soon'. I contacted SBI and they informed both transactions were successful and to contact nbe. It's been a month and there is no response. I am attaching the screenshot of the same.

                I, Sushmita Singh, Application Seq No
                PG017682, have done my payment twice for Neet PG 2022 as the first payment on 15th Jan 2022 was successful and money also got deducted from my account ( transaction id - T2201152159465620495013 ) but it was showing pending for more than 48 hours in the application form so I was asked by one of your representative to pay again for which I paid and the form was submitted successfully.
                I have also emailed them, filed a complaint on their web portal but no response still.
                So, I would like to have my refund for the first payment.
                Please help.

                        I have done the payment for NEET PG. but it not reflected to your site. So, I have paid again with another transaction. I haven't received the refund for my 1st failure transaction. The user ID : PG021448.

                        Please check the attachment for your reference that the payment was approved by your side. But it not reflected on the user profile. So, we have done the another transaction. That was done successfully.

                          i am Pavithra.V (reg id: PG015455), have made a transaction of 4250 for neet pg registration on jan 15th and money was debited from the account but the payment was shown as pending . The second time money was deducted through gpay upi and payment was shown successful.

                          kindly refund the money through first payment which was deducted through paytm upi payment method.

                          And cross verified in both Bank and Paytm they confirmed it was successful transaction. For that also I attached screenshot for your reference.

                            On 15/01/22 I applied for NEET PG 2022. First payment I did for the application was ₹3255.90 via my sister's SBI Net banking for which money was deducted but application page was still showing payment pending. Then I did a second payment using my HDFC Netbanking for ₹3261.80 and again payment was deducted but payment was still showing payment pending. The for the 3rd payment I used UPI for ₹3250 and it was successful. But the first 2 payments has still not been refunded. I have contacted NBE contact helpline[protected] and they asked me to email [protected]@natboard.edu.in with the details. I emailed them numerous times but all I get is a standard reply saying for refund to kindly contact respective banks. The respective banks have been contacted and the banks have said that the money was successfully at the billers end (NBE) and that NBE has to contact their respective bank for the refund. The same was informed to NBE but till now 14/02/22 they have not refunded the money.

                              I am Somnath Mondal. This is a reminder mail regarding my payment issue.My registration Id is PG022326 for NEET PG 2022 application. I had paid the application fee twice. The ref no is[protected]IGAMVDCOJ9 for sbi net banking transfer on 15th january 2022. 4255.90 rupees were debited from account but after logging in nbe application portal it was showing payment is pending. So after 48hr I again initiated payment through upi. The transaction id is[protected] on 17th january 2022.15 days has passed but the first failed transaction ammount is not credited to my account so i visited my bank. The bank officials told me the ammount was credited to your account and to contact you.so please do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                I Eshita Singh, had made a payment of my friend Sourabh Singh ( reg id- pg166690) through my googlepay UPI on 30th Jan of amount 4250, the amount was debited from account but was showing pending in form.

                                The second payment was made on 2nd Feb through net banking.

                                I contacted bank about refund and Google pay also but they said that that payment is made to your account, so I should ask for refund from you.

                                Kindly refund the first payment amount which was made through Google pay.
