While submitting my application for Neet PG 2022 amount was deducted but the application was failed. I have done payment with another transaction method which was successful. I expected that amount that got deducted first will get refunded in some time but it hasn't. Please look into it.

Again next morning I repaid another 4250 via debit card and it was successful. I sent mail to nbe and but the only reply was 'we will get back to you soon'. Please check the attachment for your reference that the payment was approved by your side. But it not reflected on the user profile. So, we have done the another transaction. That was done successfully....
