Mubarakpur Toll Plaza is in 1 km vicinity of Raksha Vihar (retired defense personal society) colony, entrance to Raksha vihar is 50 m from toll plaza. Every time we try tell the staff that we need to go to Raksha Vihar they keep asking for toll payment even if show them our address proof they will harass us and speak in abusive language and threaten us to pay for the toll. They have been harassing and abusing and threatening Local vendors that provide food and groceries delivery service and cabs drivers. These vendors have started deny our requests and stopped their services in our area because the local toll goons will harass them every time they cross, even if we speak to them over the phone and update them about our address they not allow anyone to cross and travel 50 m on the road to travel our society.
