I have traveled many a times to mangaluru paying bramarakutulu toll
Place. I found that toll is not collected in appropriate way, it's
Being collected only from few honest people, rest other travelling
Without paying the toll. Even the people who are standing there for
Collecting toll is showing arrogance with those people who are good,
Rest others they leave without words. There is no proper collecting
System in that place.
Even in service road they are collecting toll from light - personal
Vehicles with harsh dashing words, there also they show arrogance.
Such a worst system i have not seen any where else

Kindly consider my compliant and please bring some uniformity in toll
Collection.

Please do not collect toll from the service road.
