Hi concern

This is to address you all towards a very important aspect of your business in India. We are the victim of misbehaving of your tool Teller person here at Agra mathura tool booth near at baad mathura.

This is a very serious issue .we pay tool tax and take misbehaving way of working why ? We are citizen of India not outside india.

Kindly look this matter seriously to get rid of this on...

The so called toilet at Sulur Toll is in horrible state with stinking and no water. My female kid of 5 yrs age had to undergo a pathetic experience on 14 July. They are fleesing money from the public but not providing the basic facilities. should I have to report to Niton Ghatkariji for action?

Sir, I am from Ismaila which is in free range of Rohad toll tax.

I purchased a second hand car 2009 model from delhi. As this model is less than 2010, RC for this can not be tranferred to Haryana state.

But Rohad toll is not accepting this case and charging me toll. I already provide them SDM letter, tehsildar letter to state that I own this car.

But still they are not agree.

I was travelling from Tura to Shillong last week. When reaching to Toll Plaza NHAI, I paid the money and charged Rs 70 in place of Rs 65. Today while I was returning, I paid them intentionally Rd 60 and told them they had charged Rs 70 a week before. They were not listening to me and did not open the gate and were insulting me. I told them that I will not pay extra . Please do not harass the public unnecessary...

I travelled on NH 50 from vijayapur to hospete to and fro on 11/07/18 and 12/07/18 there were many speed breakers specifically between kushtagi and hospete which were very unscientific without any sign boards, no illumination, no white paints at least half feet tall and wide..how do one know of these speed breakers on the speed specified by highways? Very unethical highway. Please check...

I used yesterday fasttagfor payment at toll plaza MUNDIYAR
between Kota( Rajasthan) to Jhansi( UP)
At there fasttag line was closed and when my car came at other line then toll tax collector askedme to pay toll 80 Rupees in cash so I have paid in cash but after about 4 hour later i got a massage of fasttag axis bank to cut 80 rupees for fasttag
Please return my 80 rupees in my fasttag acount and do appropriate action...

This is regarding the two tax.Here the system is always having issues. You always have to wait for at least 15 minutes. There is written "penalty of 500 RS as per government of India in case a non tag vehicle goes into tag lane". But it is never working, a person manually handles as stop bar doesn't work always. And the priority to them always goes through this lane even if it is a non tag vehicle.
If this rule is to be followed...

Everyday I am travel on highway, am faceing 1 big problem, wherever hotels are there the highway is worst over there because they are not make concret floor so when vehicles come road that time lot of mud is come to road and it will make two wheelrs falldown.please clear this problem am beginning you.this issu is at nh4 road tumkur to Bangalore

Road side bus parking for mechanical work.place angamaly at kothakulangara .that make more disturb to the roadside walking persons and near shop customers.so kindly take a action for it.near shops give huge amount for rent.this unauthorized parking reason for near shops disturb their daily activities.they have no shop there to working.so please take a immediate action for this complaint....

The toll worker at azizpur toll plaza (zirakpur to chandigarh) said it was not allowed to make a second journey on a return trip ticket( ticket number[protected] within the 24 hour limit of return ticket..he told to contact their helpline ([protected]) which no one was picking up and he insisted to pay for the toll and he even typed on the wrong vehicle number for the ticket which i checked on later as he could not punch in same vehicle number...

Big potholes near igatpuri nashik highway
Our car had a big damage of disk breaking and pumcher including 6 other cars same day same damage please take serious action about it can cause big accidents. Our car damage cost us 2500 rs of 2 tyres. Please look at the maintainence of the roads. Toll are taken from us there is no maintainence of roads. Leading us to damage of our car....

At Arjunali Toll Plaza we had asked the operator for return journey pass. He gave us single journey pass and said it is return journey ticket. We asked him as it shows single journey ticket. Then he replied only single journey ticket is allowed and abused us. We asked him the reason for amusement and he came out of booth with stick and hit 2 o[censored]s. Runni Toll Plaza on NH-77 of Bihar State is frequently issuing Plain toll receipts. The receipts are without bar code. From the same lane they are keeping two system of issuing receipts. Some vehicle they issue Bar Coded receipts and some of them the plain receipt. Some Financial fraud is surely going on in the toll plaza.At the same time they are issuing both types of receipts. Dear sir, i traveled pindwara to udaipur on 7th july 2018. The road section pindwara to Jaswantgarh have many patches and potholes, the approaches of many bridges settled / upheaved. the riding quality of toll road is very poor required immediate renewal. the complain register was not provided by toll staff. i wish my complain is solved as soon as possible. thank you....

Dear Team, today I had an embarrassing situation. I gave valid 10 rupee coin at hoskote toll in bangalore, Karnataka. They have not accepted. As you know, RBI has not banned these coins. I have traveled amost 290 kms on a single straight highway from ambala and heading to salasar, Rajasthan
And I have paid for 5 toll taxes on a single highway.

According to the law toll can be put after 100 kms of already existing toll barrier.
But I have paid for 5 toll that came accross in every 50-60 kms.

This is shear injustice and this needs to be resolved as soon as possible....

The ex-serviceman vehicles are not allowed to pass through the toll plazas situated over the national highways without paying a huge toll price ranging from 100 to 300 rupees.
Though the exemption is being provided to the personneles in service. Why this steply behaviour with those who have served their maximum life guarding the nation in the national interest?
