Whomsoever it concern..

Sub: complaint against lane assistant for using abusing words

Ref: my toll receipt no:[protected]
Toll plaza name: pallikonda toll plaza.

With reference to above, my driver accidentally said to bill for return journey. Within a second he asked to change it for single journey. But that lane assistant didn't hear it and make the bill for return journey.

When we asked for reason why you did for return journey he neglected to hear our words and asked another person to deal with it.

The another lane assistant mr. Gangadaran c (Id no:[protected] came and didn't ask anything to us and started abusing us flithy language. It hurts more and went to compliant to his manager mr. Rajiv gandhi. Even in fornt of his manager he used those flithy language. Inspite of his behaviour, his manager asks us sorry. But not that lane assistant.

We were been going to hosur from chennai every week but this time it hurts for severe due to lane assistant behaviour.
