I am regularly travelling on NH44 from Ambala to Delhi. I use fastag on my car but at Karnal toll plaza there is no separate queue for Fastag vehicles. All vehicles fastag / non fastag have to wait in same queues. Then what is the benefit of taking fastag ?

On 4th April 2019 while traveling to Delhi while showing Fredom Fighters ID card charged tolls. Plz clarify real position regarding toll charges.

I have a car mp421735 i passed 5 apr 2019 time 11.12 am charged for passed vehicle rs. 100 dptl sirpur plaza. Dhule Shows slip display only for overloaded vehicle. Sir my vehicle is domestc car so why he charged amount tic. No. [protected]

On 04 April 2019 I travelled through Madurai Nagercoil highway. At two places toll collected through Fastag for both ways instead of single way. I noticed this only after I received the SMS. SMS image is attached. Kindly refund my money collected extra.

All the toll plazas from Delhi to Amritsar and Jalandhar to Pathankot fastag lanes are not working properly. Their scanning system is poor and staff is not upto mark

Wihin 24 hours they are taking toll again and again

विषय अंतर्गत निवेदन नेशनल हाइवे 8 पर केलवा ग्राम में दोनों तरफ सर्विस रोड़ बनी हुई उसकी हालात बहुत ही खराब है । गणेश घाटी से लेकर -केलवा थाना तक दोनों तरफ सर्विस रोड़ पर बड़े बड़े गड्ढे पड़ जाने से आम जनता हादसे का शिकार हो रही । केलवा चौपाटी आमेट रोड़ पर तो 2 फीट तक गड्ढे हो गये । और सद्भाव कंपनी वाले मिट्टी डाल कर अपनी लीपापोती कर देते । केलवा चौपाटी पर ट्रक टेलर के टायर फटने से आये दिन दुकानदार भी हादसे का शिकार हो रहे। और चौपाटी पर आम लोगो की भीड़ रहती उनके ऊपर भी कंकर से पूरी तरह से चोटिल हो रहे। प्रशासन को बार बार अवगत करवाने पर भी कोई समाधान नही हो रहा। आपसे निवेदन है जल्द ही दोनों तरफ की सर्विस रोड़ को सही करवाने की कृपा करावे जिससे सभी को हादसे का शिकार ना हो।

On NH44, KARNAL TOLL PLAZA don't have different lane for Fastag customers
all lanes are fastag so all are in the same queue so what is the benefit for fastag customers when we have to wait even we have fastag... what is the meaning of fastag if fastag vehicles also have to wait in same queue as non fastag.

Most of the times it happens that they never accept any digital transaction. They force to pay by cash.
When denied then they start arguing.
