Dear sir,
I m from nasik (Mh) when i will travel nasik to pimpalgaon 25km distance will nhai pimplagaon toll plaza charge 90 rs. For me. I m ok for that but in a 25km distance road 17-20 km road already in under construction & today i was waiting for 15-20min in. Que then why will paid this charge. Today when was question to toll representative she was said this is nhai toll mandatory charge for paid. Please revert me. My question. I have already submitted complaint also

Nala which was built by nhai in israna near underbridge is left incomplete halfway due to interference of some influential people which causes problems of drainage for bangara colony. Residents of colony facing adversity for drainage. Location is on panipat rohtak highway in israna near police thana. Look into the matter. Applicant are all residents of banjara colony

I’m civilianise of democracy country. I requst to you please do some serious action on karjan tollgate. I faced very bed experience their. They have lots of traffic near tollgate but they don’t clear traffic first but only give focus on collecting toll.in case if any car have emergency so what he/she do so please take serious action and make proper rule. I know if any tollgate have more than 3 minutes traffic so first they remove form their i said their this thing but they ignore me. So respected sir/mari i want action against this.

I have applied on 22.02.2019 through icici bank, retail branch, r. N. Mukherjee road, kolkata 700001, for 115 nos bonds @10, 000/-, but till date physical bonds not received by me. My email to m/s. If you move gangtok to north sikkim before north sikkim border (1km) road nh 310a is badly broken and it is turning in sloppy max vehicle got struck and skit the situation is very bad if you move in emergency in night no body is their to help this situation is past 2 month please repair as soon as possible to avoid accident.in case of rain the situation is worst. The place is if you move from tashi view point to north sikkim after approx 7 km (Tingda) and before 1 km board of welcome to north sikkim start i am attaching map, pic and video of place

Mathur Toll Plaza was started and collection was going good in Mathavaram, manali, (chennai, tamilnadu). This highway was very dangerous because lot of accidents happened. Am also a victim. From Madavaram roundana to sathiyamoorthy Nagar street lights are used to showcase it never works. Am traveling daily. It's very hard to travel on night time so kindly take some action. Road maintenance also not good more than that street light condition.

It is been over three months that fast tag lane from both sides at badarpur toll plaza is not working.

I have raised the issue with people there many time but of no use. Rather workers at toll plaza misbehaves with commuters.

Even after having the fast tag we are being pushed to go through normal lanes and wait in cue. Most of the times they keep only one lane operational which in turn increased the waiting time.

It this technological era when our prime minister is promoting technology to ease off operations, nhai is not able to find solution to operate fast tag lanes.

There is no use of calling it fast tag if nhai can not provide the related services.

I hope you will understand the gravity of situation and try to resolve the issue asap.

We wish to draw your attention to the tragic conditions of roads in our area. It has been ages since they were repaired. Hardly any mortar or charcoal is left over them. There are large pits and holes all over making the ride bumpy and adventurous.
Many of these pits are a foot or more deep. Some patches that are low get drain water filled in them making them more murky and slippery. It adds to the filth and abject living conditions.
We humbly request you to take up the matter in your hands and use your resources/funds to improve such conditions of our roads. It shall be our pleasure to provide a detailed update on the issue.

Sir my name is karthigueyan retired form army i am living in lawspet my nearest toll gate moratandi is toll only 3 or 4 km from our area when i enter the toll every time the toll staff is behaving in local and unpleasant way they or not giving any respect to ex serviceman so pl take action (I already gave complaint regarding this problem but no response was given)

Sbi fast tag has stopped recharge of tags for kyc. All the documents were deposited while issuing fast tag but they have blocked top up and also charging fees 150 rs for kyc again. Also the site shows limited kyc and full kyc with same documents.
Is it digital india. Also the site has no mail address for grievances and information. The site is also not updated. Rebate of 2017-18 is showing were as

Sub: complaint against lane assistant for using abusing words

Toll plaza name: pallikonda toll plaza.

With reference to above, my driver accidentally said to bill for return journey. Within a second he asked to change it for single journey. But that lane assistant didn't hear it and make the bill for return...

I was on the kurnool-hyderabad highway on the pullur toll plaza. I travelled on[protected] and the toll amount was deduced from by fast tag. On the return journey, i was notified on the toll that my fast tag was blacklisted and i was harassed by the ty car poll gate officials into paying double the toll amount for the purpose of letting my car pass. The staff was extremely vulgar and there certainly was an abuse of power.
They didn't even provide me with proper reasons as to why the fast tag was blacklisted but demanded double the amount unreasonably. This situation has put me under grave distress and i would like for you to tell me the exact reason why my fast tag was blacklisted and whether demanding double the amount is reasonable.

I would also like to report mr. Ramesh laxman who is the head of that toll for behaving in an utter disgraceful manner including the use of vulgar language and unprofessional conduct. He was incapable of performing his official duties and if appropriate action is not taken against that particular personnel i will be forced to take legal action against the personnel as well as the related authorities.

There is dire need of separate fastag lane at the ghaziabad exit of the eastern peripheral expressway.

The staff there is so unskilled and untrained that they take so much time in manual processing that the entire pupose o[censored]sing the expressway - i. E. Saving time is lost.

Even with such less traffic on expressway there is always a queue of 10-15 vehicles waiting at the toll booth of the exit and even with the vehicles having fastag need to wait for 10 - 15 mins.

So, please arrange for a separate lane for fastag users and make sure there is some penalty on the vehicles entering that lane without fastag installed.

Dear sir/madam at nh 275 ie bengaluru bantwala via mysuru near bidadi railway station towards mysuru there is a hump and a u turn but the authorities have just made a hump but didn't put a white paint on it or not even a reflectors, advance sign boards indicating humps and uturn or dim and dip signals nothing provided as this is a nh and a busy highway there are thousands of vehicles passing daily and i personally witnessed lot of near miss accidents in the spot and some major accidents also so please provide necessary safety things and help passengers travel safely thank you

The one way toll on the mumbai pune expressway is ₹230/-, however when a car passes both tollways on the expressway an amount of ₹138/- is deducted. That means the total toll paid by a vehicle using fastag on the mumbai pune is ₹276/-

This is unfair charges to the fastag user and must be corrected and the excess amount charged to my account must be reversed.

Further this practice needs to be stopped and the user should be charged based on the point of entry and point of exit.

I have paid double side toll today at nh54 jeeda toll tax but at return time they told me to pay again toll as i am unable to show receipt and dont want to check there own system and abused me by mr naresh jatt survisior at that time but after 15min and my harrasement they check there system and found that i have paid that already this is total harrasement as it is late night i was driving woth my family.

Dear Sir,
there is too much dust while running of vehicle on NH 206 Near KPC colony gerusoppa due to filling of soil on both side of footpath. Both side of the road is having residence and dust is came in to houses and for curing the water problem ocurs in April and May month.so please take necessary action to avoid dust problem.Its can help full to common people.

The toll plaza at murthal on g. T road near haveli have such poor management and no separate lane for just fastag.. Even with fastag we need to stand behind long queue of vehicles. There should be a separate lane only for fastag and no other vehicles should be allowed to facilitate fastag users and save time.

Several time i have asked the person sittibg in toll booth to take it up with their management but nothing happens. For eveey passage at least 10-15 mins are wasted in spite of having fastag. This is very bad.

I would like to bring to your notice that in karnataka we are facing problem with attibele toll gate. There is a dedicated fast tag line available there, but they are allowing non fast tag vehicles also in that line and collecting cash, which is making a long waiting period for fastag users. Last saturday (16th march 2019) i waited more than 30 mins in this line. When they question about this malpractice their behavior was rude. This is happening almost all days. Could you please help us. Many fasttag users are facing the issue in this toll gate

This is to convey that

1. The toilets at karnal toll plaza are dirty, filthy and with foul smell.

2. There is no water in either the toilets or even the wash basins.

3. Efforts to contact the project manager or other responsible personnel (As mentioned on the toll receipt) went in vain. (March 17, 2019)

4. It is a matter of great concern that the highway from narela, murthal upto jalandhar has been eroded from place to place (Right in the middle of the road) with potholes/puddles.

5. Exorbitant toll (Rs 410/-) for a stretch ranging from murthal to jalandhar i. E. 300 km, is being charged but with very poor maintenance!

6. There is waiting period at toll plazas ranging from 4-10 minutes. If 3 minutes rule is there at all - it is not in force!
