This is regarding the two tax.Here the system is always having issues. You always have to wait for at least 15 minutes. There is written "penalty of 500 RS as per government of India in case a non tag vehicle goes into tag lane". But it is never working, a person manually handles as stop bar doesn't work always. And the priority to them always goes through this lane even if it is a non tag vehicle.
If this rule is to be followed then why not it is followed that if you have to wait at toll for more than 5 minutes, you are not liable to pay toll.
Can you please look into this and help us save this normal public time as we are VIPs who can get a special treatment and also have to work at home and then rush to office and always get a delay of around 20 minutes due to this only.

Now a days the toll roads are in very bad shape no repair is being done and all the biker and scooterist are on the road and it is very difficult to drive as they are riding in the center of road. If you cannot stop them then what is authority doing. Impose penalty on them so that they get lesson.. Roads are also in very bad shape. What is the use paying toll.

I have charged Rs 52 for toll crossing at badarpur toll plaza even though I have activated Fastag with balance in account. Operator showed me message of blacklist and asked me to pay Rs 52 .
This is unfair and please tell how can I get money back.
Government has announced no cash at toll why didn't operator showed me if any technical support.

This is in reference to the two wheelers that are being allowed on the toll that has a board which clearly says two wheelers not allowed. Why do we have to pay 40 rs for a highway which is now no different than normal roads. Whom shall we raise our complaints to. Why are they even being allowed to move on the road which is not meant for two wheelers? Is anyone even noticing it? They have crowded the road. They move in a zigzag fashion and do not even have courtesy to use the last lane. The litter around in every lane. Kindly take care of this before any accident occurs.

I was charged 52/- on Badarpur toll saying that my TAG was blacklisted although I had money in my PAYTM. I asked the person that there must be any cash lane when we were in the left most lane but he refused and said abrupt stuffs. This is not acceptable at all.. my tag was in working condition plus atleasst one lane should be cash lane.

Jab apni car se toll pe aaye... (Car no DL8CAX4187). Toll ke operator ne bataya Fastag Nahi Chal raha Hai.. toh aapko cash Dena padega...
Phir humne usey toll charges Rs52/- dediya aur waha se Chal diye...
Sir thodi der mein pata Chala Paytm se Rs26/- deduct hogaye...
Mein Chata hoon inkey upar sakt se sakt karawai honi.. chahiye...

This is a cpm[;aint against your booth cashiers. On 18.1.2022 i was coming from delhi to faridabad back. Booth cashir girl misbehaved and insulted us before other car owners. She charged rs, 56.00 vide ticket no.4421b[protected] vehicle no. Intentionally wrongly written as 4690 instead of 4693 time 14.55pm . Almost at the same time rs. 14 was deducted from my paytm tag as this was return journy. Booth girl wa completeley illitererate and uncultured girl and misbehaved withus for not having money in paytm . How the rs.14 deducted form paytm then. That staff should be sacked immediately whi is mis behaving and insulting the car owners for a petty amouny already paid. Some educate d staff should be appointed. I passed through the toll barrier Badarpur Delhi from Delhi to Faridabad on 17.10.22 at 12.12 pm, while crossing barrier toll person told that your balance in fast tag is nill, pay double the rate and I pay rs. 64. vide ticket no. 78248C64256128 Booth and operator No.. 18 & 00824, dated 17.10.22. After crossing the toll booth I recd. a message about deduction of toll and check the balance was rs. 501.00. Please take a appropriate action and refund the access amount charged from me. The vehicle no. marked wrong HR51CD3876 but my car No. is HR51CD3873.
