National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint Regarding Wrong toll collections at Mundiya Toll Plaza at Kiccha Bareilly Highway

I would like to inform you that despite of collecting toll charges from Fast Tag, this toll plaza collected tolls in cash as in cash transactions they don't refund change. They also cheated the customers. Today morning I am going to bareilly and at 11:53 AM I paid the to and from (Return Journey) toll charges in cash the copy of receipt is enclosed for your reference and as I forget some of my valuable item at friends house, due to which I have to immediately gone back to kitchen but the persons at toll plaza doesn't cancel my toll slip as I have crossed the toll booth and they misbehaves with me and then I return back without out going forward for collecting my valuables. Sir, our hon'ble Prime Minister Sir always tries to become our country as a digital country but some of the Toll plaza owners are for the purpose of doing fraudulent activities are not using digital transactions I.e. through Fasttag. As if today I have crossed the toll plaza with the amount debited from my fasttag and if I returned back within 10 minutes, whole amount will be refunded as per the rule. But this toll plaza is collecting only cash not fasttag and after spoiling my 30 40 minutes despite of cancelling and returning my cash of Rs 145/- they have debited my return pass too, and then I return back to my home.
