National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Damaged my car windshield due to toll plaza mismanagement

Hi Sir,

On 31st Jan 2021, I was travelling from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad, when I reach Vempadu Toll plaza after along waiting in que we were asked to move and we were slowly crossing the Toll plaza and all of a sudden the Toll plaza gate fall on my car windsheild and due to which my windsheild got damaged and when I asked them for the compensation they are simply saying that it is not their mistake and they are shouting on me and my wife and starting using abused language and after 1hour of argument they gave me complaint book and I have registered a complaint on them in their complaint book but till know no response from them and when we try to call them they are disconnecting the call or asking to do what ever I want but they are not ready to pay for the damage happened by them.

My complaint number is 25.

Hi Sir,

Till today I haven't receive the video footage that can help us to understand what exactly was happen on that day, In spite of sending the video footage they have concluded saying that it is my mistake and they have sent a letter to me saying that It was my mistake.
I appreciate appropriate move in this and I need the truth and this damage had costs me 12000/- and I want this to be reimbursed by the Toll Management as this was purely their negligence and faulty equipment's.
