Paytm fastag linked to vehicle no. AS-25 BJ 3420 is being charged Rs. 105/- for trips from Rangia to Guwahati and Rs. 55/- for trips from Guwahati to Rangia, whereas private cars paying in cash are being charged Rs. 55/- for all trips. Please clarify the matter.

At Madanpur toll plaza, Paytm fastag linked to vehicle no. AS-25 BJ 3420 is being charged Rs. 105/- for trips from Rangia to Guwahati and Rs. 55/- for trips from Guwahati to Rangia, whereas private cars paying in cash are being charged Rs. 55/- for all trips. Please clarify the matter.

Travelled from UDALGURI to GUWAHATI via MADANPUR TOLLGATE charged Double whereas before FasTag they were charging me Rs.55 CASH for one way. Message attached below as per received.
"Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 105 for transaction by Vehicle AS01EM7513 at Toll Madanpur Toll Plaza on[protected]T19:03:20."

In Madanpur toll palaja which comes under Baihata Charali Asam is deducting rs.105 instead of 55 for a single trip .on date 26.02 21 My Vechile no.AS01DN7644 While crossing from Madanpur toll from guwahati to Rangiya they have deducted Rs.105 from my Paytem fastag. So kindly look into the matter
I had travelled through Madanpur toll plaza on 13/03/2021 and returned on 14/03/2021.
In both entries they deducted 105 rupees from my FASTAG.

I travelled through madanpur toll plaza to guwahati and they charged Rs.110 on 3/8/2021 and returned same and they charged Rs.110 which they previously charged 60 and today is not the first day...they were doing the same for many instances

But from other traveller I got the information that oneway charge is Rs 55 only when paid in cash in place of Fastag. I did a one way journey on that above occasion on 01012021. Please respond
