நான் ஒரு உடல் ஊனமுற்றவன். அதற்குரிய சான்று என்னிடம் உள்ளது. என் பெயரில் மாருதி ஆல்ட்டோ கார் இருக்கிறது. வெளியிடங்களுக்கு மேற்படி காரில் நான் செல்லும்போது டிரைவரை நியமித்து சென்று வருவது வழக்கம். டோல்கேட்டை கடக்கும் போது எனது உடல் ஊனமுற்ற சான்றை காண்பித்தவுடன் எவ்வித கட்டணமும் பெறாமல் எனது காரை செல்ல இதுநாள் வரை அனுமதி வந்தார்கள்.

இப்பொழுது காருக்கு பாஸ் டேக் எடுத்திருக்கிறேன்.

எனக்கு மேற்படி காரில் இனிவரும் காலங்களில் பயணித்து டோல்கேட்டை கடக்கும் தருணங்களில் எனது உடல் ஊனமுற்ற சான்றை காண்பித்ததும் ஏற்கனவே அனுமதித்தது போல் கட்டணம் ஏதும் பெறாமல் சலுகை அளிக்குமாறு பணிவன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளுகிறேன்.

०३-०१-२०२० को रात ००.३२.३७ पर मेरी कार RJ३३CA४००० से टोल पर पहुँचा Fastag लगा हुआ है लेकिन मुझे यह बोला गया कि आप कि कार blacklist आ rhi है जब कि Fastag में बैलेन्स ६९९.९९ पैसे था ओर कार्ड ऐक्टिव बता रहा है मुझे Fastag की लाइन में ५० रुपये देकर निकलना पड़ा २० मिनट वेट किया लेकिन जाने नहि दिया मेरा regestered मोबाइल नम्बर ९४१४१९२२५३ है

I passed through chhapra toll tax on 25/12/2019 and again 29/12/2019 . I have paid rs 65 and rs 35 for same day return journey on both date via fastag. But when I pass through same toll plaza on 01.01.2020 the toll deducted from my fastag was rs 80 and rs 40 for return journey. Why rs 20 more toll deducted from my card.

On 29 Dec 2019 we come from Agra at toll plaza operator said your fastag is blacklisted thats why you have to pay RS.105 but after after some time RS. 50 also deduct my fastag wallet we also attached the msg and toll receipt with the complaint so please sir refund my RS.105 as soon as possible and do the need ful.

I used fastag at bhatia toll plaza surat. They charged Rs 105 but as per rule it should be Rs 20. Kindly do the needfull process for refund.

Rs.135 And
Two side(within 24hour)is:-
Rs.210
Today i crossed my car-CG 04 MQ 9703 DOUBLE side within 8 hours then why your toll has debited rs.135 and rs.135 Two times,
Only they have to charge rs.135 and then rs.75=rs.210

Please refund my rs.60

Fastag related complaint

Day before Yesterday I have travelled to Kolhapur and Yesterday returned within 24 hours.

However at Kini toll post, Full payment deducted even the return journey is within 24 hours.

My vehicle number is MH14EU 7179
