National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag complaint on hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza on nh 50

Dear sir/madam,
Here on nh 50 pune-nashik there is hiwargaon pawasa toll plaza located near sangamner taluka.
On this toll plaza local residents has no toll. I am also local resident of here.. On my bolero car mh12jc 7340 i have installed fast tag.
As local resident do not pay toll.. They cut toll from my fasttag.
As per rule there must be separate for fast tag user.. I travelled many states across india and many cities in maharashtra. But every toll plaza has seperate lane for fast tag.

My question is that... Then why on hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza install fast tag scanner in all lane. There should be one or two fast tag lane not all.

Last time they also said your fast tag not working and take cash from me.. And after one hour i got messageof toll deduction fron fast tag. I made complaint against that still waiting for refund.

Also today as i am exempt from toll as a local resident they dont take cash but they cut amount from my fasttag, though i put some sticker on fasttag.. That it will not scan. But they cut toll from it.

I request pwd minister mr chandrakant dada patil about why all lane on this toll are fast tag as rule state that only one or two lane should be fast tag lane.
