National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fraud about nhai rohad toll plaza

My car no. Is dl2can7581, i was going from delhi to rohtak on dt 09/02/2020 by my car.

On rohad toll plaza, toll person said that your fastag is not in working so you have to pay cash rs. 120/- instead of 60/-. I asked him why it's not working and balance is also available in this fastag but he said that i can't do anything, you have to pay. Because i was in hurry and the car behind me was blowing horn again and again, i paid him rs 120/- and slip was made by him, the time mentioned in slip is 2:22pm.

After about an hour i received a msg on my mobile for deducting 60/- from my fastag at 2:20pm. Cust care number written on the toll slip was wrong. I searched other nos from google and made a call about it but no positive respose i received.

Next day on 10/02/2020 at about 3:21am i crossed the same toll as i returned back to delhi. Amount 35/- was deducted from my fastag because round trip with in 24hours and no issue about it.

After came back delhi on 10/02/2020 i called at 1033 helpline number but no positive response i received. Main motive of my complaint is that the toll plaza is totally fraud, cheates people and take cash money from them illegaly. I'm also sending you the slip and screenshot of messages received for deduction amount in attachments. You are requested to take immediate action against it and help to return my amount 120/- to me.
