Dear sir /madam, Fastag not working properly at guduru toll plaza, staff debuting fastag accounts by manual scanning. It is taking so much time and extra charges are debited for to & pro journey took place in 24 hours of same day. Why it is implementing without having sufficient equipment. I am S.V.Wagalgawe police Inspector in Sangli district, state Maharashtra.From Sangli to Latur travelling for duty purpose.At Ashiv toll plaza Latur the staff charged me toll amount were as carried my ID card, they never exempted
