National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Harassment at Sivaya Toll plaza

I was traveling from my home muzaffarnagar to meerut with my family on 7 February night around 11.40 pm. Car no- UP12BC2552.
Despite of having fastag we were forced to pay cash with fine ( Double amount) by Sivaya Toll plaza, since their machine was not scanning, which was completely the fault of toll plaza.
When we asked them to pass us from cash lane being the local resident and charge the normal amount without fine, they refused to do that and started misbehaving with my family.
Such things happening at toll plaza are really disturbing when we are traveling with our family.
I strongly condemn the behaviour by Sivaya Toll plaza and request the higher authorities to take the strict action against them as such things happening late night are very disturbing.
I request the higher authorities to take strict action against them to keep the faith of citizens.
