National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Inappropriate deduction from my fastag at Vadodara L&T toll plaza

I received the fastag for my new car on 5 th September 2020, around 1 pm via courier.
The night before the receipt of fastag, an amount of 95₹ was deducted, while the courier guy was travelling across L&T toll plaza located near Vadodara.
I raised a complaint to Paytm for which they approached you to settle the issue for refund. But instead of refundind, again 445 ₹ were deducted from my fastag account for so called discrepancy or mismatch in vehicle class saying that more money should have been deducted for the travel done on 5 th sept 2020.(actually no travel was done by me or my car on 5 th September morning, as I received the fastag the next day.)
I got the refund of ₹ 445, but 95₹ are still pending.
I have approached Paytm fastag service provider multiple times, but they don't seem concerned.
