Dear Team,

I was passing through Indore Dewas Tollways Limited dated 30/04/2018 through my personal 4-wheeler, Make-Tata Zest, Vehicle No.: MP-04 CP 8753.
My travel Route was from Bhopal to Nashik via Indore, Sendhwa, Dhule, Malegaon.

Description of Toll booth: Indore Dewas Tollways Limited, Mangliya, Near M.G. College, By-pass, Indore.
Toll Plaza Name: Indore Dewas Tollways Limited & 0.000 To 12.600
Section: NH-3, KM 577.550 To 610.190.

Booth & Operator No: B04 dharmendrap

The Operator asked for payment of Toll Tax amounting Rs 265/- as per the receipt attached, a part of evidence. Actual Toll eligible is of Rs 50/- only. The Toll operator committed a fraud by the way of below actions:
1. Provided incorrect information with the intention of cheating to me- There is no need to pay for 3 consecutive tolls ahead on the way from Indore to Sendhwa, If I make complete toll fees of Rs 265/-
2. The operator has provided me the receipt after acceptance of payment of Rs. 265/-. The receipt describes the Vehicle Number, not matching to my Vehicle Number, Type of vehicle described in the receipt found mismatched. Date & Time described in the receipt found mismatched.
3. The Next Toll Plaza is about 30 Kms ahead of this plaza, I realized & shocked that I am cheated after discussion with the authorities. The operator at Indore Dewas Tollways Limited thought with the intention of extracting black money & cheating to consumer. He thought nobody can't afford to come back (60 KMs total) & ask him about his fraud.
4. I had complained on 100 number to police and told entire things.

I wish rigorous action shall be taken against this toll operator.
