National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Kalaparru Toll Plaza Staff Harassment Physical / Mentally

Aug 7th we have faced terrible incident at Kalaparru toll plaza, Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh

Issue : Our Car FastTag is having sufficient balance (1095/-) But it didn’t allow us to pass shown with low balance.

To respective toll people, we have shown the balance in our mobile too. Still they didn’t accept it and asked us to put it aside in a very vulgar way.
We requested them that it's not our issue, Can you please cross check.
Without checking anything they just started shouting to take the car away.
We thought that they don’t have sufficient knowledge, and requested to get their Manager to talk on what is the issue and who can help there.
At the next point, they started abusing, scolding us very badly. The person's name is C Ravi (Incharge of the tool gate) .
He is the expert in twisting the words and started abusing us very badly my family and also he brought some other drunken staff there and initiated them to beat us.
One person in Blue color shirt took a big iron rod to throw on our car.
This is really atrocious, disgusting, pathetic and completely disappointed and embarrassing day for my whole family
Because of this we lost ~2hrs of our valuable time

Later time even Manager came we told whole story happened, still he is not bothered at that time one bald guy who is started abusing my father with bad words.
Also they didn’t give us the complaint book to write about this.

This is not the expected way that we are expecting in this country. No words to say, it's just like a nightmare for us.
When common people raise a question this is the way we get from unknown people in such a pathetic way.

Bottomline : The way they are talking, words they are uttering is not not at all acceptable.They are not allowing us for free to treat passengers like us as Slaves.
